      These apartments are amazing. So clean and the management is ridiculously nice and hospitable.

      The maintenance guy Todd was a rockstar and such a good human being to be around.

      6/5 stars if possible, clean, serene, fun, and very homey.

      The apartment itself is amazing, but I'm here to give a special shoutout to our amazing maintenance gentleman, Todd. The man is nothing short of amazing and if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. His responsiveness is topnotch and he delivers every time you put in a service request. The turn around time when putting in a request is around an hour to potentially just the next morning(depending on when you place it). Him, the whole Aero team as a whole is absolutely wonderful.

      I only wish housing and alameda as a whole is a little more affordable. I would probably never move out!

      I recently had to put in a service request for my dishwasher. Todd came to fix and took care of it quickly. He is such a good guy and I consider him a friend. I look forward to seeing him on the property and when I do, we usually have a nice chat.

      The team is is incredibly helpful and I especially love how kind they are. Todd, on the maintenance team, has helped us with pretty odd issues (that we created) and been friendly and understanding through the process. We did not have the same experience at our last residence so we have been thrilled!

      My husband and I made an appointment to see the property last week. We were pleasantly surprised by the lobby and how beautiful it was, we were equally impressed by the other amenities the property had to offer including an amazing rooftop deck, a dog washing room, a beautifully thought out courtyard, lounges, workspaces, and a gym..oh and also a super fun game room! But the thing that impressed us the most was our interaction with the leasing consultant, Jessina. Working in the hospitality industry for the last 30 years and managing people has taught me so much, mostly that you cannot teach people how to be passionate, or to love what they do..this is something that has to come from the individual, Jessina is that person. From the moment we sat down with her, we talked, laughed and discussed everything but the apartment itself for a good 30 minutes and she was an absolute joy! She then took us on a guided tour of the property and on our tour, she addressed every single resident she came in contact with by first name and a smile. Jessina clearly takes great pride in this community and is proud to be there, and it shows in the details. When we got in the car after, we knew we were applying as soon as we got to our laptops, not just because this property was a stand out in the many we saw but because of people like Jessina. We look forward to moving in soon and getting to say hello on a daily basis!

      The Aero Apartment community is the best place I've ever lived. The apartments are well appointed, as is the building itself with beautiful views of the SF skyline and Bay. The common areas are anything but common and if you're a dog owner, you'll likely fall in love with the place.

      Christopher and his team are warm and genuine and they helped me break my lease due to a financial hardship.

      I really have nothing negative to say about this community! If you can afford it, you're gonna love it!

      I love living here.
      *The apartments are modern and comfortable.
      *The staff (Cassandra, Jessina, Maria, and Todd) are extremely nice and very helpful.
      *The neighbors are interesting and friendly.
      *The sunsets are beautiful.
      *The dog park is a great place to meet neighbors and their dogs.
      *The gym is fully equipped.
      *The pool table is a lot of fun.
      *The courtyard is a great place for a cookout and games.

      If you hate yourself, try Aero. I don't know anyone here that had a positive experience. The glowing reviews were from an entirely different staff or they are fake. I mean there are reviews from people saying how beautiful it is without even renting. Who stops into a business, doesn't buy anything and writes a review? The people I know gave 5 star reviews cause they want their deposit back. Anyhow...

      The front office is clueless, my unit had no heat or air or a working refrigerator for the first 3 weeks. I should have moved out immediately but I'll share about that later. After 12 months of lease, here are some other fun facts about Aero apartments:

      The Gym door was inoperable 3 x for a week at a time.

      The car garage door was broken as much as it was in operation.

      The freight elevator was broken for months. Water damage was obvious. Good luck moving in or out as the regular elevators can't hold a sofa and the stairs and hallways are the most narrow I've seen. Aero claims the buildings meet code but I came to understand why building codes were invented. Aero would rent you card board shit box if they could.

      So back to the no fridge, freezer. Every 2 to 10 minutes my kitchen breaker would be flipped off. They had 3 electricians who told me they need to rewire which would involve replacing the entire ceiling. I don't know who wants a huge mess in their apt so I went with option no 2, try a new refrigerator. Not sure why the place was newly built without a dedicated circuit but refer back to my corner cutting. So a third refrigerator finally worked. I still had electrical surge issues in the rest of the place, but after dealing with Aeros staff, I just put up with it. TVs and lights would just pop off. I had to show my kids how to flip the breakers. Keep in mind I am paying 6300 a month for a 2 bedroom. One would think the place would be a little better and at least they would offer concessions. Nope.

      More fun facts:
      Game room broken into and stuff was broken.
      Bike storage was broken into 2x. Didn't stop Aero from conducting a bike audit and they warned residents that their bikes will be confiscated if they don't pay 20 / month per bike for their storage.

      Getting a feel for how this place is run?

      Make sure you bag your trash according to their 25 non posted rules or you will be fined.

      Make sure your friends and family don't smoke in the open lobby cause then all the residents have to read about the fines they will impose.

      Make sure you take your mail from the mailroom within 3 days or delivery or you will be fined. Oh and the mail room was broken into and packages stolen as well.

      What else? Oh about 3 months in I was contacted about an inspection for my shower cause apparently they leak badly. I never used my second bathroom so thankfully I didn't have to worry about that.

      What else? Oh if you are late on rent they will run you down in the lobby and into the sidewalk to harass you.

      They will try to make you pay for legal fees that were not even incurred.

      So again, if you were abused as a child and miss that, rent Aero!

      Aero management responds that they are sad and I should I should contact the office. I have. I was asked if I have placed a claim with my rental insurance about the refrigerator. Right, so I am in the wrong for not filing a claim with my insurance for a pre existing condition for their unit on day 1? Just goes to show that Aero gives zero effs. Best part, after 12 months of rent, my work relocated me forcing me to break the 15 month lease. Aero says I owe them 38K to break lease. Why? Well they marketed the unit as "3 months free". This applied to both 12 and 15 month leases but if you break lease early, they want their money for the marketing concessions. They also demand that I pay for the difference in my rent and the next Tennant. So I was paying 6300 a month, and Aero who at the time of this writing 3 weeks later didn't even advertise the unit as available. When I asked they said, oh it's reserved. So I am once again responsible for Aero's business. Will they share with me the extra money if they rent the unit for more? Nope. So beware of Aeros predatory leasing. You are responsible for their unit and how well it operates.
