Car shopping is supporsed to be very stressful, but John made everything very easy. Unlike other car dealers, he never gaved me pressure and, instead, made me laugh all the time. I will contact with him again next time I need a car. Highly recomended!!

First off, I am officially a Californian after John helped me purchase my super hard to find...Toyota Prius. All kidding aside, I had a very enjoyable experience working with John. I didn't know what to expect, having never purchased a used car, but he definitely made me feel comfortable with my decision. He was able to take down the specifications of what I wanted and turned it into a reality within a super quick timeframe.

John is definitely passionate about his cars and is super knowledgeable about the industry. He lays everything out for you straight, without the stereotypical "used car salesman" vibe. He's very responsive, easy to reach, and takes care of your car all the way until delivery.

If amazing customer service is your thing (which it should be), then John should be your first stop.

I had been looking for a JDM Mitsubishi Delica for about a year when I had the fortune of finding Johnny locally. He was very responsive and easily arranged around my schedule to test drive the car. My experience with John was pleasant, professional, and 100% hassle-free. I am a very happy customer. John knows his trade well, and he can help you get ahold of that (potentially) rare car of your dreams. I had been searching for a while for a quality pre-owned Smart Cabrio. Already a rare find, the one I was after (gas-powered, discontinued after 2017) is increasingly even harder to find. John not only had a 2017 for sale, but it was priced reasonably, in great shape, and still under factory warranty for about another year! Wow! I would wonder how he does it, except I don't have to wonder because he's totally transparent about his business and how he works directly with dealerships to reduce overhead. In my case, it was a spotless and low-mileage lease return from Mercedes-Benz of SF, but I avoided all the hassle, high-pressure, and extractive practices of dealing with the dealership myself. But while avoiding those nuisances, you also get the positives you'd get working with a dealership: namely, John handles all the annoying paperwork for you, e.g. registration and plates at the DMV, title transfer, etc. John was on top of everything the whole time, and extremely professional and above board. It was top-shelf service with a constant smile :) If I needed another car, I would definitely work with John at Affinity Motor Group again. Thanks, John!

I really enjoyed working with John. He's an excellent communicator, easy to get ahold of, and always acts as an advocate for you, even when he doesn't have to, and it means more work from him. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

My dads been looking around for sprinter vans , but some of the sellers that we've came across were very hard to deal with, especially being catfished with the photos on there post on ads vs in real -life . I'm glad we a came across John from Affinity Motors Groups , he was honest , personable , punctual , and reasonable. The Sprinter Van that John showed us was exactly what we wanted . I highly recommend John !

Oh man, I can't say enough good things about my experience. It's nice, as a car enthusiast, to buy a car from another gear head, who's also super cool and professional. John is open, honest, and goes beyond standard customer service. I purchased a porsche cayman s from out of town, and he helped with dropping the vehicle off at Porsche for the inspection (i wanted this done, despite him preemtively having it inspected and all the necessary testing, b/c i'm particular like that), he picked it up and it was a straight up, clear and very communicative process. He always answered texts and emails and even picked me up at the airport :)

Was able to meet John and discuss cars with him. I felt like he was knowledgeable without being snobby or pushy. I could tell he has a real passion for vintage and specialty cars and the industry and I got drawn into discussion. I gave him the specs and options I wanted and was looking for and and what I really appreciated was his followup and updates. He kept me in the loop and I didn't have to call him because he was in constant contact. Well after a month later, he found my 996 Turbo and took care of the logistics, DME/PPI and even got it detailed before delivery. The car drives like a dream and now he's on speed dial because I may buy another in the future.

I was ready to deal with all the hassles, pushiness, and general distrust I typically encounter when looking for a car, and I was pleasantly surprised to work with someone that was both on top of things and CHILL. He faded into the background when I was feeling out the vehicle, was right there to answer any questions I threw his way, and was overall friendly and helpful in countless ways that were small but noticeable.
