Never heard back from Miguel.

Called on 5/13/24 at approximately 5:00 PM in regard to a Frigidaire dishwasher that's not powering completely after resetting the appliance.

During the call, I was instructed to send a photo of the model/serial number of the dishwasher. I sent Miguel a photo of the model/serial number of the appliance shortly after the call, at approximately 5:10 PM.

Early In the morning I realized my washer was not draining. I found Miguel's number and txted him. I was seriously panicking. But he responded pretty quickly. I txted him a photo of my machines serial number and he said he can work on that. He came on time at 8am and finished the repair by 9:30. He was professional, friendly and clean. I would definitely recommend him.

One of the most honest people out there! I found this company on yelp and called when our refrigerator was not working. Miguel texted back immediately since he could not talk at the moment. He tried doing some diagnostic over text, but had to come out and see the refrigerator for himself. He warned that there was a $125 service call fee which we accepted.
Miguel came and checked on the fridge only to find out that the compressor was not working. He suggested we purchase a new $700 fridge vs getting a new $900 compressor.

Miguel is the BEST!!! He has come out 4 different times to fix various things (fridge icemaker, and condenser fan, and clothes washer). He is amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, affordable and dependable. I will only call Miguel for my appliance repairs!!!

After days of trying to find unresponvive serices and people that didnt show up I called Miguel Thursday afternoon and was here Friday super early in the morning repairing our refrigerator. He was super friendly and honest from the beggining. Price for parts and labor was very reasonable. Thanks again Miguel.
