Affordable Appliance Repair is the best repair company that I have ever had! They are easy to reach and come out within a few days. The first technician I had was Matt and he replaced a part on my dryer the same day! He was efficient and he was very l knowledgeable. Last week my washer was leaking and Ishmael came to fix it! He was super kind and thorough trying to find the leak. As an owner of rental properties, I am confident that if something needs to be repaired I have a go-to company!

My parents' clothing washer went out and I believe the person who took a look at it was Victor. He was super knowledgeable and friendly, knew exactly what was wrong with it (unfortunately parts didn't even exist due to its old age so very much appreciated his professional honesty). Will definitely be calling them in the future for other repairs!

My first time using Affordable Appliance Repair to help with a dishwasher air gap leak. It took them 3 times to come out because the first two times I was not home and even though I left notes with the receptionist, I guess that was not enough to fix the problem. He cleaned out the food particles but it was still leaking. Finally, the third time they came out last week and my husband was home. The tech tried various things to fix the dishwasher but the air gap kept leaking. Finally, he tied one of the hose underneath to sink up (it was hanging down and apparently gravity was contributing to the leaking) and cleared out more food particles and it stopped leaking! It was minor fix but glad it's fixed! I would use Affordable Appliance Repair again.

NEVER, NEVER AGAIN..Unless you love the idea of paying a $300.00+ bill for a disconnected wire.

My dryer was not working. The repair person thought that I needed a part to secure the dryer door, even though it was absolutely fine. The needed part cost $60.00 plus labor.

When the part was installed , the dryer still didn't work. The service person puled the dryer away from the wall, only to notice that a wire had become dislodged. In five seconds, he plugged it back in and voila, the dryer worked again.There was no cause whatsoever for the unneeded part.

A call was made to the owner who without even having the courtesy to speak with me, chose not to make any adjustments. With so many appliance repair services in Sonoma County, I made the mistake of choosing this one. NEVER AGAIN.

Dishwasher repair.....what a great experience: clear, knowledgeable, professional, on time and very respectful. I will definitely call Affordable Appliance Repair again.....fantastic and the problem was resolved very quickly!

Second time we've used Affordable Appliance and won't be the last! These folks are on time, knowledgeable and provide practical and affordable solutions. Very professional, they know what they are doing and do it well and quickly.

Fixed my dishwasher, and even solved a longstanding problem others had tried to fix, and did it in a jiffy! I highly recommend these folks...and, yes, they are affordable!

Wonderful service and so refreshing to be able to talk and laugh with the service people while having your problem analyzed and fixed. Will definitely refer this company to anyone.

No need to "shop around" anymore for a great appliance repair company.
Matt was our tech. He was professional but most importantly he KNEW HIS STUFF! Best of all we were only charged for a service call for our 3 yr. old LG
refer. He knew what was causing the fan noise. I thought it was a bad recirculating fan. Nope, ice buildup from incorrect cold settings. This is the
third time we have needed to contact Affordable for an appliance issue. They
have always been fair, honest, and kind. Keep up the good work!

My 4 year old dryer started acting up. It would continue to tumble even when turned off. I called AAR on a Thursday afternoon and was able to get someone to come take a look the next morning! Victor showed up and her was kind and professional. He explained why this was happening and what my options were. He was able to fix it without needing any replacement parts and was also able to give me a quote if this happens again and I did end up needing to get a new control panel. I really appreciated that because it will allow me to make an informed decision on if I should get my dryer repaired or if I should just buy a new dryer. I will be calling AAR in the future for any appliance repair needs!

Washer took a dump on a Friday night! Laundry weekend ruined! Left a message Fri at about 9pm.. call back Saturday morn around 8:30 am and said they could have Brett out by 3 pm! Brett arrived at about 11:30 am and immediately diagnosed the issue. Washer was a total! I appreciate he didnt attempt to make wasteful repairs or talk us into parts and labor that would have been ridiculous... honesty!
