They did a great job w the shampooing and it looks and smells great. I was a little disappointed in the price change, as they quoted me one price over the phone, increased the base price by $10 when I arrived and added a $30 charge for dog hair. My dog doesn't ride in my car but her hair still manages to get in there. That said, they removed every speck of dog hair and the car is super clean. I did interior only, and will be back with my other cars.

Hi I apologized for the confusion. I should have ask you if you have dog hairs so that I can give a straight quote. The quote that I give to my customers are the basic quote. Dog hairs takes time to remove that's why I have to charge more. Next time, I will be prompt to ask this questions when taking calls. I appreciated your comment and Thank you for your business.

This Interior detail cost170 bt bc it ws bad they said 20 more.(understandable)details cost 250 most places. Think it's a family business so makes me feel even better about supporting them. Great price and attention to detail
