Affordable Towing

Great service. I was not in a big hurry as the auto shop couldn't start working on my car until the following day. I called letting them know I wasn't in hurry and was given estimated time within a few hours. I was called during that time to say they would arrive in 20 minutes. They arrived and thoroughly and carefully secured my car. The driver was very careful driving to the shop especially over the multiple speed bumps.

Needed to get my car towed and delivered without me being there because of work. I was really nervous about it, but it went very smoothly. I had to reschedule to the next day, but the driver was flexible and it was no issue at all. He texted me a pic upon pick up, and that's when the payment was taken (Zelle). I got another pic upon delivery. Really couldn't have gone better! Thanks again!

On time, prices are fair, and the driver was friendly. There was an old car with no keys and it was locked. I needed this car that someone had abandoned towed away from a property I was selling. The driver
was able to quickly unlock the car, put it into neutral, and tow it away. I have free towing for my own vehicles, but if you have to come out of pocket, I would definitely recommend them!

Arron is a great dude - my car was in a low garage with a dead starter - he very efficiently got the car out, and got me over to the shop. Unfortunately I didn't realize the shop only had street parking, and the street parking in front of the stop was going to have street cleaning in the AM - Arron wasn't phased, was happy to bring my car across the street to another potential spot - then we realized that we couldn't leave it there due to it being downward sloping. Back across the street with the car again - Arron was still completely chill, just looking to help me get my car dropped off in the best possible spot. On top of that he gave me a ride back - super helpful guy. You'll be owns the company, so you'll probably get him. Highly recommended.

Friendly. They were able to help my 18yo with towing because of a flat tire. The price was good as well.

They are what they say they are -- Affordable. I got a quote elsewhere for $280 before I called Affordable Towing. Affordable Towing charged $120 for the same service. Aaron obviously knows Oakland well because he immediately that the car was stuck at Safeway when I gave him the pick up location. Called around 2pm on a Monday and he was able to do the pickup at 4pm. He was a bit late to our scheduled time, but he did text 20 mins before to communicate the delay. Overall, it was a good and easy experience.

I was recently locked out of a Tesla Model S loaner car so the only way to return it back to the service center was to tow it.

Tesla quoted me a ridiculously high number but luckily I found Affordable Towing! Arron was super courteous and professional from start to finish. He showed up early, performed the work methodically, and moved the car safe and sound back to the service center. I watched him through the entire process and I can say with confidence that he knows what he's doing.

You will be in good hands if you need a tow.

They were very helpful and the pricing was more than fair. Called last minute for a tow and was able to get some help. I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped me out but he really went above and beyond. Highly recommend them. Very professional and courteous.

My car was stolen and I needed to have it towed (once found) to an auto shop. Everything was arranged easily and Aaron arrived right on time. He was helpful and offered a reasonable price for the towing service.
