Fantastic service from Air Doctor. They arrived on time, texting me ahead to let me know they were on their way.

They took care of our issues and cleaned the ducts. They used professional equipment and were very respectful of our property.

We will definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Our a/c went out the night of 7/2/24 just as the heat wave started. Both my wife and myself are disabled and excessive temps are not good for either one of us. We were unable to get anyone to come and help us until 7/11. Then my wife called AIR DOCTOR and was able to get an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and had the unit up and running within an hour.
When my wife hit the switch and I felt cold air coming from the vent it was like Christmas. Thank you Air Doctor.

Omar and Christian were the technicians. Both were very polite and focused. They arrived at 11:37 a.m. and departed at 12:03 p.m.

Excellent communication from Omar setting the appt online a week prior to arrival. Was quoted $250.

The job was dryer vent cleaning, ground floor with easy access and a short run from interior dryer vent to outside vent, maybe 5 feet.

While I am pleased with the technicians, communication, and the completion of the work, the price charged seemed high given the time it took to complete the task. It would have been helpful to know what the $250 charge included.

I made an appointment on behalf of my mother to have her ducts cleaned at her home. They did not leave my mom a report of findings or provide her photos as promised after the cleaning. They were paid by check from my mom after the job was finished. After more than 5 months I was contacted by the owner's mother to say they lost the payment? I explained my mother passed away last Aug and her banking account was closed online and I had no way to immediately check. I explained that her attorneys have her banking records to this day still and I would not have access to them until her estate was completed. She seemed very understanding at the time. The next thing you know they sent ME to a collection agency! Such unprofessional practice and bad service.

I couldn't recommend higher!! I started sneezing this winter every time my heat kicked on. I had read conflicting reviews as to whether cleaning ducts was worth it so I went in cautiously. From the booking to the appointment to the results I was blown away. I'd lived in the house for 3 years and wish I'd done it sooner. They take pictures of before and after so you can see the results. It's a family owned business and really couldn't be more kind and caring. Reasonably priced compared to other quotes and by far the best in my opinion. Don't wait, call them! p.s. I have sneezed once since they left!

I recently used this air duct company to clean the ducts in my nail salon in Petaluma, and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how it would benefit me in the long run. The results were fantastic - my air quality has improved noticeably, and I feel much better about the air my customers are breathing. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of air duct cleaning

We had gotten a word of mouth referral for this company from a friend. We used their services after the 2020 glass fire, because our home suffered significant smoke damage.
They got our hvac ducts clean. And our air back to a safe condition.
Fast forward to now, we have been doing a ton of construction on our home. Which has made an enormous amount of dust throughout our entire home. When all of our construction is done, I'm definitely planning on calling back the air doctor!

Appointment scheduled for 7 days out but they called my same day and said they had a cancellation the next day. Perfect. Called 20 miunutes before arrival and were there on time. Hector and his partner were professional, clean and thorough. Will call them next time when any of the apartments I manage have an HVAC issue!!
