I was I need of my HVAC duct cleaning I called duct cleaning guys they were super easy to book, friendly, on time, they also cleaned my dryer vent duct and replaced the vent from my dryer Machine to the wall I would definitely recommend them for anyone's HVAC duct cleaning & repair

Both of my bathroom fans went out around the same time. They are very old and cheap, and were very dirty. Shon came out earlier than expected and worked very quickly to diagnose and fix the problems. One fan stopped working again a few minutes after he left but he came right back to check it. Turns out the parts that were cleaned just needed to dry off.

Excellent, friendly service. Will definitely use them again.

I was quoted $100 for a chimney cleaning with a free inspection (on special). When the guy got here he inspected everything and then said that I needed a "level 2" cleaning service for at least $250. Nobody mentioned anything about the possibility of "enhanced" cleaning services over the phone.
It looked like he did a good job with the actual cleaning service.

I specifically called out that my home has two dryers and both have a roof vent. I directly asked if the quoted price remained at $200, TOTAL, and the OWNER, MARK, confirmed our cost would be $200. Upon arrival, the contractor quoted my husband $568 for the two dryers and roof vent!!! I sent the conversation with owner, Mark, to my husband which called out $200 total cost! The worker said all vents, roof vents, all have different costs and that's how he arrived at $568. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY, and the owner did NOT HOLD UP HIS END OF THE BARGAIN AND QUOTED ESTIMATE!

The gentleman was very nice and informative, explained to whole air duct cleaning process and got started.
Kept the house clean.
I decided to add a UV LIGHT to my HVAC system as he recommended due to mold growth.
It's been about a week since the duct cleaning and UV LIGHT installation and I can already tell the difference
Definitely sleeping better,the house smells better.
Definitely recommend those guys and will use again for the next duct cleaning or chimney sweep

They did an amazing job cleaning my HVAC duct system and removing lint from my dryer duct. They also sanitized my HVAC system. These guys have great integrity. I definitely recommend them.

Beware. They sent out a subcontractor who was rude and unprofessional. The quality of work was poor and he only wanted to accept Zelle payment. I wasn't comfortable with that so he spent 15 minutes pressuring me to pay that way. I gave him my credit card and paid his extra fee of 15.00 for using that method of payment. I won't use this company again.

Well, after securing a "guaranteed" $125 dryer vent cleaning with the people on the phone, I scheduled a Sunday time slot for the work to be done. Sunday came and the technician called and stated he was on the way. After talking to him about the $125 total for cleaning the vent he immediately said that price was the base price and he couldn't guarantee that would be the total. I told him I was promised $125 for the total price and if he couldn't do that then don't even go over there. He didn't go. I called the company to complain and they said they could do it for $125 and scheduled another appointment for the next weekend. Next weekend came and another call from the technician with the same more money talk. I cancelled again. Bottom line, don't waste your time with these bait and switch up sellers.
