Anyone know the cost for kids over 5+ with PP?

      A:

Children under 2 are free, otherwise PP allows one free additional guest. To purchase additional pass is $50.

I have a flight departing from Terminal 2. Can I still use the lounge even though it is in International Terminal?

      A:

Depends on who is at the front desk... I think by policy they are not obligated to let you in. You should get into the terminal just fine

I was a little on the fence about the lounge but based on the question I asked, the Yelpers did reassure me I would be able to get in with my Priority Pass Select without difficulty. I was flying JetBlue and decided to stop in around 8am on a Saturday morning to get some breakfast. The check-in process was very straightforward and I didn't have problems at all.

I've been to a lot of airport lounges and this one is just average, at best. There's not a whole lot of seating in here but it does offer great views of the terminal if you want to watch airplanes. For breakfast there were (cold!) egg sandwiches, croissants, waffles, tater tots, and chicken noodle soup. They did refill the fresh fruit pretty quickly when it ran out which was good. There were also chicken flavored cup o' noodles here. If you're in the mood for a mimosa, there is champagne and all the alcohol you can drink. Just don't get too wasted... The coffee machine had issues and only brewed Americano. I was not able to make my latte or mocha which was a bummer.

Compared to Virgin Atlantic and Delta lounges, this one ranks at the bottom. Maybe I'm spoiled from my travel days or they need to step their game up.

      Updated review

Updated review for 2024! Visited the Air France Lounge, which has been beautifully updated with great selection of wines and French inspired food. This lounge used to be overcrowded with SkyTeam elites and Priority Pass holders. However, with the recent renovations, the new lounge is only limited to those traveling on certain flight carriers, and is no longer open to Priority Pass holders. This means the lounge is quieter and more exclusive. I was traveling on an Aeromexico (in First) flight a few months back and was denied entry (even as a Delta medallion), so they are very strict about who can come in. Essentially you need to be traveling on Air France or KLM and either have status or be flying in business class.

During my recent visit yesterday, I was traveling on Air France in economy, so as a Delta medallion- I got entry for me and a guest.

Lounge was quieter than before when they didn't have restrictions to lounge access. It was a bigger layout with more seating. They also have lore bathroom space and include showers now (before, there were no showers).

Food selection was very plentiful, delicious, and as mentioned before - French inspired. Previously, pre-renovation, the food options were paltry and typical of what you'd find in a United Airlines lounge. Comparing the food to the Air France lounges in Paris, the food here was much better than what I had at the CDG AF lounges. That's saying a lot, in my opinion.

I got to spend a good 1 hour here before I had to fly. Next time I hope to get to the airport earlier and enjoy the lounge more, maybe even take a shower pre flight. Hopefully next time!

5 stars for the beautiful renovations, awesome food, and quiet/chic atmosphere. Glad to see the lounge be more "exclusive" - helps with overcrowding for sure.

Air France's check in process is garbage & antiquated. You have the opportunity to check in 30 hrs before your flight. Problem is the system gets overloaded & kicks you out. THEN you have to use their trash kiosk! Same problem. There are NO employees to help. And don't have a carry on that's too heavy.

They need a more updated system to handle the massive number of customers. They should contact Southwest, because that check-in process is seamless.

One more thing. Stay within the luggage weight. I paid $80 for being a couple of pounds over!

New lounge is night and day from the temporary one we went to last year. First floor right after the security in the international terminal. The attendant greeted us at the front door and scanned our business class boarding passes in the kiosk and welcomed us in and told us that they would announce when we had to start boarding, but there's also a digital board

We were basically the only one is here when we arrive at 10:30 AM but if you others came in after. It was still relatively sparse as they do not let pass people in anymore.

A big buffet of self-serve, hot food, cold cuts, soup, fruits, nuts, salads, coffee, machines, mimosa, bar, fruit, juices, sodas, and more. There is a dining area where you can sit properly at a table and eat, and then a lot of lounge chairs. The attendance take away your dishes as soon as you're done so that there is no mess.

The full bar is in the back area and there are spouts to fill your water bottle with still, sparkling or ambient water. There are a lot of plugs everywhere and the Wi-Fi is fast.

A few television scatter around the lounge and they are on mute. Restrooms are in the back near the bar.

Look, anytime you can fly business class or higher, get to the lounge! Comfortable seating, nice food and beverages to boot. And, they announce when boarding will start so you don't have to stand around for long.

There are plenty of goodies to eat. Three different salads, salmon, beef burgundy, croque monsieur, fresh fruit, cheeses, breads, wines, coffees. Very nice!

It is quite crowded but it comes and goes. I am sharing a couch with a view of the runway.

The lounge here at gate A isn't far from security and this one is on the first floor.

One of the wait staff came around with a tray of cookies and macarons. How nice is that?

      Nice but crowded.

I walked in surprised and later found out that the lounge has underwent an renovation. Now it's much more spacious and fancy looking. The food choices have vastly improved. Now I can even take a shower here if I want to.

The lounge is located on the fourth floor of international terminal A and has two fairly small areas with some tables, counter space, and outlets for charging. There are also two restrooms located behind the drinks station. The wifi is so-so and it's difficult to get a plug.

Food options are limited and the portions are small, with only a few items available at a time. While there is a self-serve area with sandwiches, bread, cheese, fruit, and vegetables, the hot food selection is minimal, with pasta and meatballs being a lunchtime option. The drinks station offers sodas, juices, and a few beers, wines, or champagnes, but the selection is lacking.

The lounge is a decent size... it has three rooms: lounging, dining, and working but they feel squished together. There is a salad bar, a variety of fruits, sandwiches, soup, and a charcuterie selection, as well as some sort of protein like sausage or meatballs. However, some sections of the food area were empty when I visited, and the prepared foods were definitely older. Additionally, during my visit, there were several large families with noisy children running around and taking up many tables in the center of the lounge, making it very difficult to get work done. The lounge itself is a tad worn down and has very few outlets, with most of them being in the working room.

Yikes...super disappointed. As of 1/23, it's a dismal temporary lounge. Marginally clean restrooms, very limited food selection, limited alcohol selection. Hardly any outlets or charging ports for devices. Many of the self-service bottles of wine were empty or almost empty. Air France and KLM Premier Travelers from Europe are probably aghast at the condition of this lounge...this is similar to some "first class" lounges I've seen in Africa and definitely not what I'd expect even from a temporary lounge at SFO.

I'd definitely go over to the AmEx Centurion Lounge but I'd have to leave the International A gates and go back through security on the G side then back again.

Doesn't take Priority Pass at all, despite still being noted as such. Note that this isn't even a restricted hours location; they just straight up do not take it.

Grab and go only for priority pass members in a temporary area while they renovate their lounge. (I hope the renovations are nice...I remember visiting this lounge a few years ago and it was weak.)

You can pick from a couple sandwiches, and they have fruit cups, chips, coffee, sodas and cookies. No alcohol. AND they literally mean "grab and GO"...with priority pass you aren't allowed to sit in the few sad seats they have set up.

The lounge is decently spacious with three rooms: lounging, dining, and working. They have a salad bar, variety of fruits, sandwiches, soup, charcuterie selection, and some sort of protein like sausage or meatballs. I wasn't the biggest fan of their prepared foods, but I appreciate the variety.

Drink wise the typical tea, coffee, sodas, juices. Self serve alcohol.

The lounge itself is a little worn down and has very few outlets, with most of them being in the working room. Staff aren't the most friendly but are efficient. Tables are quick to be cleared too

Many reviewers have expressed frustration with the priority pass entrances, but they do have signs posted stating their policy, which line up with what the priority pass website says. From my few visits, my experience is that they've been true to the policy.
