Airmech Heating and Air Conditioning

Sam came out to perform an air conditioning service. He thoroughly explained the tests he performed on my system and provided an estimate for recommendations to upgrade my 8 year old system. I was very happy with his service.

My air conditioner was putting a musty smell out into my home every time it ran. I called Airmech around 4pm and a very pleasant woman answered the phone and said she could have a technician out the following day between 11am-1pm.
Alejandro arrived the following day around 11am and was very friendly and kind. He used disposable booties over his shoes while working in my home and closed the doors very gently as he came and went. He showed me what he was doing and answered all my questions. I asked him to check everything to make sure our air conditioner was in tip top shape for the summer. He ended up changing the capacitor too as it was on its last leg. My house smells so much better now and I have peace of mind that the air conditioner will get us through another hot Sacramento summer.
Airmech's prices are reasonable and they charge you a set amount for each service which they clearly display on their iPad. No surprises. Alejandro also offered solutions I might like to purchase in the future without being pushy or deceitful. Airmech is a very nice company to do business with.

This is the place - absolutely a class act! Decent price, great equipment and SUPERB support! We used them to replace a 21 yo system. Literally EVERY person we've talked to has been super polite, knowledgeable and professional. ALL decent HVAC equipment is pricey these days, at least save your yourself from worrying whether the place is legit. Go to these guys and relax!

Just got a new HVAC and ducting to replace my over 20 year old system. Crew was great and the manager was so helpful through the process. They offer financing but also have a cash discount.

My hvac system went out and my heater and AC stopped working. I called and they came out the same day. They found the problem and fixed it all in the same day. They were very professional and got the job done. If I have an other issues I will definitely give you a call back. Thanks again for everything.

From Tuesday to Thursday afternoon we had estimated cost and installation done. Very efficient and knowledgeable. So far no complaints and house is cool as a cucumber

I purchased my new HVAC system from them in 2022. They planned and installed the system relatively quickly. A crane was needed for my job. Permitting and subcontractors were coordinated efficiently. They offered payment plans if needed and provided a pretty objective proposal with multiple system types. They showed me traditional systems as well as more energy efficient options. I went with a more efficient Bosch system and I definitely have been enjoying it all year.

I had a few problems with the initial thermostat provided but they came out and evaluated it and ultimately took care of it. I like the scheduling system they have for maintenance appointments. It wasn't the most affordable system in comparison to other quotes. But I was after a quality installation. I definitely feel like I got what I paid for and am very happy with the overall experience. Would recommend them for sure. Antonio is a great and friendly HVAC tech to work with.

I had an issue with my air conditioner last summer, and then I met the wonderful people at Airmerch. Alex showed up on time and was extremely professional. He went over the results of the inspection with me and after an hour of work, let me know. I was good to go for the next year. I was really thankful I called these guys. Other companies have tried to sell me a whole new system and thankfully the guys were able to make it work. I highly suggest them and would recommend them to friends and family :-) :-) :)

We got 4 bids before picking Airmech for our HVAC replacement project, and we were NOT disappointed. It turned out to be a complete overhaul of our system - AC, furnace, ducting, insolation, thermostat and the job came out great. Believe me, it was a lot of work but Kris, Peter, Jomar and Antonio did a wonderful job. We are all set for many years to come. I would give them more stars if I could.

We had Freddie check out our 5 1/2 year old furnace. We were getting heat upstairs but not downstairs. We got updated texts about his ETA. I went up in the attic with him to learn a little about my furnace and how it all works. He explained what I had and figured out that the By-Pass Eliminator was never set up with the proper power source so the whole unit was working off one Transformer instead of two. He also fixed our drain pipe connection!! Freddie was very friendly but not talking my head off, clean and proficient. For $89 they got it working again but we just need to get the Transformer installed at a later date. We have our go-to company for our AC and furnace services!!
