      Love my new washer & dryer tower. Ken Usedom was incredible helpful & knowledgeable. This is my second purchase from Airport Appliances & I would use them again . I'm someone who shops around and so I had gone to Home Depot and Friedman's and the service was nothing like Ken had given me and their prices were better as well.

      Experience from sale to delivery of our refrigerator was 5 star! Ken Usedom was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and explained each product and the differences.
      The delivery people took great care in getting the refrigerator in the house without a scratch, even having to remove the front door to insure it would fit.
      Ken was able to schedule our delivery as early as possible which was appreciated since we were living out of a cool chest after ours broke! Thanks Ken!

      I purchased a $5k plus Bosch oven and microwave combination from Concord Airport Home Appliance on 7/23/2024, using a credit card. On 7/24/2024, I received a missive from Theodore J. Whidby, the salesman, thanking me for the purchase and later that day a request from Kris Van Eeghen, Co-Owner.., asking me to rate my experience on google and Yelp. I haven't yet rated it on google.
      The following is how I rate the experience, so far:
      Salesmanship Rating: 4 - Whidby smoothly ensured a sale with his knowledge of the product,
      Following up: two 0s - Whidby did not bother to respond to my missive dated 8/12/2024, that sought information about the delivery status AND as he'd promised to do in his thank you missive,
      Marketing follow up: 0 - Since I also cc'd Airport Appliance's marketing group on 8/12/2024, but got no response from it nor from the Co-Owner, Kris Van Eeghen.
      I am hoping the overall tentative rating of 1 star will illicit a positive response from Airport Appliance so that I may microwave and bake food in the aforementioned appliances that are paid for but seemingly unaccounted for so far.

      After a pleasant experience at Airpot Appliance in Concord in 2022 buying a refrigerator, I opted to purchase a $2500 washer/dryer combo from Apaulo Freitas in the last week of June, 2024. A few days later the 4th of July Airport Appliance ad came out and my washer and dryer each dropped $100 in price. I promptly contacted Apaulo and he agreed I was due a $200 (plus tax) price-match refund. After many phone calls and emails promising the refund, they still failed to refund me after seven weeks, and counting. They keep claiming they need to run it by a manager but no manager was available during the many calls I made.

      The Airport Appliance website states, "If we lower our price on a product within 30 days of your purchase, we will issue a price match upon request".

      UPDATE: I received my refund today (8/22/24), thanks to YELP.

      A great place for all your appliance needs. They have all the name brands and a very attentive sales staff. Very low sales pressure and plenty of education for all your appliance needs. They have great pricing, promotions and a huge selection. This is our go to place for all our appliances. A special thanks to Mike Moreno for all his help on our most recent purchase of LG washer and dryer. We couldn't be happier with the service, installation and pricing.

      UPDATE! I SENT A MESSAGE TO THE PERSON BELOW AND NOTHING.
      HOWEVER, in an interesting turn i did just get a text from AIRPORT . The compressor is covered by the manufacturer ! So now i get to call LG and have them come out. Thrilling.

      The repair person came out yesterday. I was under the impression that it was to repair our refrigerator. Silly me. It was to diagnose the refrigerator. Even though the #1 cause of a refrigerator not cooling is the compressor. He has to order one and then get back to us when it comes in. Keep in mind they have the model number and serial number 3 times over. No idea when we will have is of this large paperweight working. It's simply not possible to keep anything fresh with I've this long. The $300 isn't even near the amount of food loss we had.

      This is what happens when you try to chill the freezer with ice for 5 days. Don't buy from Airport.Thousands of $ in food and medications.

      After shopping around the area and researching online, we came to Airport Home Appliance and worked with Mike Moreno to find our perfect new washing machine. We bought it yesterday and by this afternoon they delivered it, set it up, and took the old one away. We were so happy with the entire process that we went back today to get the matching dryer. Thanks x 2, Mike!

      Needed a replacement cooktop (48in). Never went into the store to shop around. Worked directly with Mike Moreno over the phone to look at my options. If you didn't know 48inch cooktops by Jenair are no longer made. We explored combining two smaller cooktop options to fit the 48in hole. It turns out that it is NOT a feasible solution.

      Expanding our scope, Mike Moreno suggested the 48in Range top option. This is the option that I went with. The interaction with Mike was easy and very constructive. I went with the Wolf 48in Range top and in the process of getting that installed.

      Considering this was all done over the phone, I am very satisfied with how this went.
