      Our refrigerator-freezer decided to die 4th of July week. We tried to get it fixed, but the replacement part would take two weeks to arrive! and cost nearly as much as a new fridge! So we went to Lowes and found they had no fridge that would fit into the built-in slot in our 1950s kitchen.

      So we went o Airport Appliance in Hayward/San Lorenzo, where we've bought appliances over the years. I was astonished as the amount of inventory they had on hand in their huge showroom! Much more than Lowe's or Home Depot!

      And the salesperson who took charge of our visit, Grace Ho, impressed us with her deep knowledge of their entire inventory! Thanks to her skills, we were able to choose from three units that fit. We chose the right refrigerator-freezer at the right price. Even better: They could deliver in two days!

      Great inventory-- the great Grace Ho--fast delivery--and the delivery guys showed up on time and, zip-zap-zop, speedily took out the old fridge and installed the new one!

      Airport Appliance was the Trifecta of appliance service! Thanks to them all!

      Joseph Aguilera is the main man to go to in Hayward when our family needs kitchen appliances. Don't go to the manager or anyone else for inquiries. Just ask Joseph because he knows which brands to go for and can match which appliance type you want based on how you use it and your family size.

      He also took the time to guide us around the stove and refrigerator sections to help us decide on our purchase, provide info on each feature, and let us know about new regulations like changing the size of the gas valve for stoves over 7 years old, even some electric appliances require electricians to install something. When we recently purchased an electric stove, he told us to get two different-sized valves so the deliverymen could fix it on-site. Since one of the valves didn't fit, he was willing to refund us that purchase as promised.

      What's great is that all the appliances we have purchased for several years are 50% cheaper than Best Buy and Home Depot. I'm sad they changed the delivery fee policy. It used to be free, so we must pay for their labor and service to remove old appliances from our house. However, my family and I appreciate Joseph for his service.

      I switched to Airport Home Appliances last year. A major home improvement store failed to deliver a refrigerator as promised to a tenant. I cancelled that order and the retailer kept my $1,100.
      Since then, I have vowed to only use Airport Home Appliance. I have rental units and when an appliance fails, I respond immediately. Airport Home Appliance helps me keep my tenants happy.
      Whenever possible, I recount my experience with the other retailer and support the service, selection and value I receive at Airport Home Appliance.

      My washer/dryer all in one finally had an issue I decided not to tackle so I've been searching for a replacement.

      The unit I decided on was expensive everywhere so I had to do some clearance shopping. I came to this particular outlet center with hopes of finding this unit It was meant to be as I found that exact one (brand new)

      Lyla Vo provided excellent customer service. She went out of her way to help me & was able to get something done that two other agents weren't. Good customer service is so rare these days. I told Lyla I will purchase all my appliances through her from here on out.

      Lyla helped me again multiple projects on pre sales, coordinating deliveries, submitting rebates, and getting equipment specifications afterwards. I much prefer working with a professional like Lyla who gets things done, true to her word, and follows up. Rather than taking my chances ordering online or being brushed aside at a showroom. Her customer service skills are top notch and have exceeded my expectations!

      We bought a set of Washer and dryer at Airport appliance recently, so far everything are working well, Andy Lu was the salesman there to helping us, he is friendly, great experience and also gave some recommendations to helping us out .       I had the impression this was a reputable company. Unfortunately it is not. I purchased a "blemished" dishwasher from them online (I specifically asked and was assured the blemish was cosmetic, not functional). When it was delivered I commented to the installer that the little dent on the front was not bad at all and what a great way to save some money. Ten days later when it stopped working and I had to have the Bosch repair person come out he showed me the extent of the "blemishes" which consisted of dents and cracks in the plastic around the outside of the unit to the point that it looked like it fell off a truck. As he described it: "Tank was damaged at the top and bottom right rear. This is a structural part of the dishwasher and can't be field repaired or replaced."

      It is shocking to me that a supposedly reputable company would be so dishonest as to pawn off a product with such extensive visible damage without making the customer aware of it (of course the damage is only visible when one is looking at the dishwasher pulled out from under the counter and of course the installer did NOT show me or tell me about this damage). And as the technician says it cannot be repaired.

      Seriously what a horrible business practice to trick customers like this and saddle them with a functionally damaged and unrepairable product. When I asked for Airport Appliance to make things right by replacing the product with the same Bosch model that I had ordered they refused. Pointing me towards other units where I would either be getting a poorer quality product or I would have to pay them more money to get the unit I had ordered.

      Dumping defective products on customers without telling them and then refusing to make things right after they've been caught, I just don't understand how a company can even do this. This is so wrong and I'm so furious. They assure me they will get my $300 Bosch repair fee reimbursed. Needless to say, I am worried whether they actually will.

      We were in need of a new refrigerator. Upon arrival at Airport Appliance we were greeted by Joseph Aguilera. I had done my research and already knew which refrigerator brands we were interested in. Joseph was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to talk us into a more expensive product. No pressure. We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator at an excellent price. The entire process was simple and efficient. I highly recommend Airport Appliance for any of your appliance needs.
