I was in need of a couple of appliances for my new home. Lillian Tu was great! She was so helpful in helping us find exactly what we needed and was so informational. I have no idea what all the reviews are talking about. this is the distribution center of Airport Home Appliance. it's a warehouse for distribution and customer pick up. we had bought a small kitchen appliance, was instructed to pick it up here. none was available at the hesperian store. there is no showroom here.

instructions were technically correct. just a minor detail they didn't mention, suite 100 is actually Door #9, it's on the opposite and rear end of the gigantic warehouse at 3525 Arden Rd. If you see Bimbo's (Bread), go back out, turn left, turn left at next driveway.

customer service was cordial, slight wait as a few other customers were already waiting.

This is the place to come if you need knowledgeable experienced staff. They will guide you to buy, at economical price, any appliance.

The show room is huge! I thought it was just the front room, just wait until you see the back room
The selections are beyond imagination.

The man who helped me was Andy. He has helped me tremendously. He knew every aspect of every appliance: size, features, unique details, etc.

Andy was also able to accommodate last minute changes that happened during my construction project. He worked with me and my contractor to solve difficulties.

Bought a fridge, it was a lemon. Had to have 3 service calls in the first 2 months and it is still broken. Called to get Airport to take it back, was ghosted like I was an annoying ex. Emailed and got nowhere. Finally I dispute with the credit card company and they send me threatening letters. I tell them to come take it back as required by the CA Lemon laws, and get a run around for another 2 months. Still no end in sight.

Do not do business with any Airport Home Appliance store, they just point fingers at each other and ignore you if you have any problems.

Great service. Jean Farasat was a pleasure to work with in both finding the wall oven I needed and in arranging delivery and setup by Apogee and in adding extended warranty. Great job all around. Happy customer here.

This company is an absolute mess. Unprofessional , high turnover of staff, terrible customer service and communication and lie about lead times on product. My entire family has been using them for 20 years and we no longer d business with then. Messy and unsophisticated across the board. Stay away.
