Airport Home Appliance

I would like to make sure as many potential buyers know the level of service I received from Chad. And to place this into context, we spent nearly $13,000 on all new appliances. Not only is he highly professional but, he's very knowledgeable about each appliance. He could have sold us more expensive appliances since we wanted appliances that would last us a life time (we're in our 70's) but he steered us to appliances that were not only visually appealing but also appealing the the clean-up guy in the house and the one that was going to appeal to our pocketbooks too.
All in all, if we are in need for any further appliances or if someone asks us where to shop for all in one kind of shopping...it'll be Airport Appliances in Roseville and only with Chad.
By the way, the level of service we got when they were installed went beyond our combined expectations. So thanks!

I spent 50,000$ here on appliances for 2 homes- sub zero and wolf, which are supposed to be top of the line. I've had so many issues and wait weeks for responses/still dont have them. I'm ignored or told no one is available to help me. I will be reaching out to my lawyer next.

To keep it as short as possible-
Our brand new range arrived not working, the people I was referred to for installation did a horrible job, putting panels on backwards, which my cabinet maker had to REDO, and they still aren't secure. They forgot to secure the fridge and it literally fell out and forward when we opened the door.

The icing on the cake was I bought 1 open box item- a wolf stove, it ALSO doesn't work. When I called Wolf I was told this item was sold in 2021?! I reached out to Alex, our sales rep, 2 weeks ago and still no answers, I try calling the store and am told no one is available to help.

I had a service tech come to my home who said it's missing the trim pieces and simply isn't working and I should definitely contact the place I bought it.

This has been extremely frustrating and added stress that we didn't sign up for. I have done through several remodels and would
NOT recommend this place unless you want to receive no customer service or response, and expensive appliances that don't work.

Overall, great experience. I went into airport appliance already knowing what I wanted. I had done the research beforehand and went in once before to look at the appliances in person. Went back a second time after making an appt with Lillian.

Told her what I wanted (GE Profile line for fridge, dishwasher, and oven). We went to look at each one to be sure and then we sat down to go through the order process. She explained to me the warranty and also all the possible rebates I could receive. She explained the rebate process in detail which was very helpful.

Delivery: Two different teams delivered the fridge/ oven from the dishwasher. Installation was fine overall.

Con: Only complaint I had was that the team that delivered the fridge and oven was a bit rushed. They put together everything first and then ripped off the film afterwards which left film still stuck in between pieces. It was so ALL OVER the fridge inside and outside. I tried taking it off but it would not budge. I called Lillian and complained and they had the delivery folks come out the next day. Lillian helped put in a service order or something. I assume they would take it apart and take it off but they used a razor to just cut if off at the edges which I did not like...I was worried they would scratch the fridge. I wish they did it properly the first time. Overall, it looked ok and everything seems fine.

Run the other direction This place has THE WORST customer service on every level. Spend $10,000+ on appliances and expect some modicum of customer care? Forget it You're getting their standard sh*tty service. Zero management presence. Horrible logistic organization. Unskilled installers Generally a total lack of customer care. You might as well buy your appliances on Amazon.

After visiting BB, HD, Lowes, and Costco, and online research, I decided on Airport Appliance in Emeryville (too far for a drive to.) We live in SF. I ended up with Antonio... Since I knew the two brands I was considering, he helped with the details, and was able to offer me a great price on the high end one I wanted, and at a much speedier installation date . I did the entire transaction over the phone! The dishwasher just came today, the installers were amazing! To say I am pleased is an understatement. I will always go to AA for my appliances from now on, and I am picky. Many thanks Antonio! You were kind, attentive, and not once unresponsive.

This review is just for Barbara herself...we ended up not purchasing through Airport, but she was so knowledgeable and professional we couldn't help but put in a good word for her. If you want someone friendly that knows her stuff about appliances, Barbara is your gal. She tried to get us the best deal and went out of her way to do that, but we eventually ended up finding a smidge of a better deal elsewhere. At any rate, if you are going to Airport, ASK FOR HER! You will experience the best customer service ever.

My in-laws were searching for a new refridgerator and Alex (sales rep) was very patient, knowledgable and helpful in finding them a fridge that fit their "fridge nook." My mother-in- law has a hard time standing for long periods, he went out of his way to grab her a chair for her to sit while she viewed the fridges. She was very pleased with the service provided and found a refridgerator she liked!

Large selection of appliances. Spacious showroom. Tyler was great. Hehelped us identify what features we needed and helped to narrow down our search. We found a fridge for the kitchen and one for the garage.

I'm very happy to support Airport. Barbara is our saleswoman and did an outstanding job. Her knowledge is far better than any than I've ever encountered. They have a tremendous selection, and what they don't have, they can most likely get. Appliance pricing is very close compared to other places. What you won't get at others is knowledge. I'm pretty sure warranty and service options are different. Airport handles the service in-house.

The salesman Tyler was very knowledgeable about all of the refrigerators, especially about sizes because I had limited space. I would say he was more of a sales consultant than salesman because he did not push for a sale, just offered information and guidance. I probably ended up buying at Airport though a competitor had about the same price but free delivery because I really liked Tyler and felt that he should get the sale because he spent so much time helping me. The refrigerator has been great so far!
