Fantastic service and delivery. I purchased all new kitchen appliances, and after delivery went super smoothly, I returned and bought a new washer and dryer as well. Linda was absolutely amazing each time. She was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Price matching was awesome. She did some internet searching and actually found lower prices than I had found for some of the items. Delivery setup and confirmation was simple and just involved clicking a button in a text or email. No need to call anybody and take up extra time. Delivery each time was fast, efficient, and very respectful. The delivery men even asked for a broom, cleaners, and the like to clean the ground and areas around the old appliances before putting in the new ones. I highly recommend Airport Appliance for all your appliance needs. And if Linda is available, I highly recommend working with her.

I was helped by Ling Wang who showed me the refrigerators that would work well in my small house . She was very helpful. She completed my purchase efficiently and thoroughly. She also told me to notify her right away if there was any problem with the delivery or the new refrigerator. Overall a good experience at Airport Appliance.

I recently purchased a washer and electric dryer at Airport Appliance and was fortunate to be able to work with Linda Trang in making this purchase. She listened attentively to what I was looking for in these purchases, asked important questions, and then guided me to the washer and dryer that she believed fit the description of what I wanted. I purchased both without the need for any further discussion and have been exceedingly pleased with this decision. The delivery team was also exceptional in installing both appliances and also answered any questions I might have had. The washer and dryer have made doing laundry so much more easy and consistently produce clean laundry with ease.

Our family bought a new refrigerator recently and the salesman made it such a smooth process for us. He even entertained my dad while they talked fishing stories after! The fridge itself has been a great replacement to our old fridge and I love the lighting inside!

My somewhat new washing machine died. I visited the showroom and a knowledgeable salesperson showed me the various options that would work.
I went home, did more research, and then returned two days later. Melissa gave me another demonstration of the set I had narrowed it down to. With her demonstration, I was able to feel confident in my choice.

A year ago, this rating would have been different as we have purchased 3 appliances from here. We purchased a fridge at the end of March and within 2 weeks of installation, a leak occurred and damaged our hardwood floors. I was told at the time of purchase that if the water connection was behind the fridge, the delivery team installers would be liable, if it wasn't -- we would be. It has now been 3.5 months and we still have not settled the issue. There is a subcontractor who schedules and subcontracts the delivery and no one wants to take responsibility except blame us for it being a part of the original house. Except previous delivery drivers required us to upgrade a part on the house before installing a dishwasher. After the fridge was installed, then we're told well a new fridge will have more water pressure -- so we should have been told that and required to change the part before installing (hoping that it fit right).
It took a month for them to actually file the claim with the insurance company and the delivery driver personally kept contacting me to handle off the books because they don't want to pay the full amount that was quoted by a professional contractor. Now, it has been 2 months since the claim was filed and they are still investigating though there is no more information to gather. I called the manager of Airport home appliance and she never got back to me. The owner of the subcontracting schedulers initially was responsive and helpful but has all but disappeared now that it's in the hands of insurance.
We, as the consumer, have no advocate to help navigate all the different parties to actually get a decision made and responsibility taken. Insurance of course doesn't want to pay out. We will never buy from here again.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Poor service. Lack of communication. They don't respect their customers time or value their service at all.
They gave us a 4 hour window to show up and complete a service and they don't even show up. I have to call them to reach out first to see what's going on and they say they are running late (no notice given, no communication).
I am not available after the 4 hour period they had scheduled so I ask to reschedule. Even getting a hold of someone on the phone is insanely hard and no one at the call center knows what's going on. Then the second time it HAPPENED AGAIN. STILL NO SERVICE. RUNNNING LATE. NO CALL NO COMMUNICATION. When I call to reach out first, same thing they say they're running late after the 4 hour window. Like why give a scheduled time when you don't even come on time in the first place. They can't even call to give you a heads up that they will be late you just assume they didn't show up. Then they can't even get someone to reschedule for you. They say "someone will reach out to schedule an appointment" and I don't get a call for a week - I have to call them again myself.
Worst fucking service ever. Like if you know you are running late, GIVE US A COURTESY. I really don't even care about fixing my appliance anymore because this company is shit and doesn't seem to care about the customers at all.

UPDATE: Airport sent out two different pairs of installers on two separate occasions to check the incorrect water temperature. The original installers and the follow up installers both said the inflow water connections to the washtower were correct and that the unit itself was defective. (A cold water wash was in all hot water, and all hot water wash was in all cold water.)
After two more visits from LG authorized technicians, both visits confirmed that Airport installed the water lines backwards and the unit is not defective.

May 22, 2024Previous reviewAlthough our options for a single unit washer/dryer tower were limited, Derrick Nguyen did a great job of explaining the features of the unit we selected and the entire delivery process. It was a quick and painless appliance purchase versus the big box warehouse store experience. I'll seek out AHA and Derrick for all my future appliance needs. Thank you, Derrick!
UPDATE: After six (6) weeks of ownership, no cold water wash, and suds remain after only using a tablespoon of hE detergent. Installers came back out to check the connections and water temperature is hot/cold. The cold wash is drawing some hot water to rinse. Now, my $2,600 brand new unit also has a scratch in it from the installers while checking the connections. AMAZING, PERSONALIZED service for replacing our washer and dryer. Rick (Rickey) Peter was our sales and service representative and was patient and thorough in every step of the process - choosing the right washer and dryer for our condo, ordering the CORRECT accessory parts, and managing the delivery and installation service. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and overall service.
Delivery and installation was smooth and the installation folks went out of their way to adjust everything and make sure everything worked before leaving. They sent three people for the job. They also hauled away our old washer and dryer for us.
Prices are exactly the same as you would find in Home Depot or Lowe's and they will likely price match the exact same model for you.
I can't emphasize the importance of going with a full service vendor like Airport Appliance. There are SO many things that can go wrong and you need to make sure you have knowledgeable people helping you to buy the right appliance and the right parts, and doing the installation for you.
Unless you are a handyman and can DIY yourself, I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to Lowe's or Home Depot to buy your appliance. They don't help you at all and they outsource all of their delivery, installation and support.

So we had a big issue with our LG fridge. It had been broken for almost 2 months and 4 repair visits later. Still not working... we have an odd sized refrigerator spot in our kitchen and I was fed up with the repairs and decided to buy new... LG is garbage be warned. We spoke with Ricky Peter at Airport home appliance and he recommended us away for a few brands and offered a few that would fit our kitchen. We wanted the fridge now and didn't went to wait , Ricky worked with his delivery folks and we bought Thursday 530pm and they got it delivered and installed by Saturday at 230. This was so amazing. Ricky was great. Locked in whet we wanted and drive it home. HIGHLY recommend airport and ask for Ricky !!!
