My husband works in this company because his cousin owns it and they are all nice. Raheem is actually the youngest tower there and he is a bunch of fun. My kids enjoy him a lot. Our whole family runs on this business and it really makes me happy reading these reviews.

This review is based on two separate times I used this company for two completely different cars. Both times I received the same person, Ramon or Ramin. Because of him I will not use AJs towing again. On both occasions, he was difficult to deal with. The first time I was on my way to him and he was very adamant about wanting to charge me extra for not having a Key to my van(which I had, but I was 30 minutes away at the time but was on my way). A few times he would call and he explained to me that he was very busy and had other people to service that he didn't have time to be waiting for me and he had to charge me the extra charge for not having a key. I paid it, and all was taken care of. I should also mention this time I was charged $200 to literally go ONE MILE. Expensive, but I paid it no problem.
This time around, I needed to change a tire on a completely different car and decided to give you guys another try. I didn't expect the same person again, however, and when he came he just looked at the tire, didn't even try to touch it and immediately wanted to just tow it. He also again acted very impatient with us so I just sent him on his way. I called another guy from another company and he was able to get it done with a regular wrench.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AJs Towing AT ALL. They charged me $200 to go One mile last time and this time probably would've charged just as much if I went along with getting it towed a second time. I spent half that price getting a regular person to do it.

I had an amazing experience with AJ's Towing in Sacramento. The service was top-notch! The team was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and even teaching me a few things along the way. Great price. If you need a speedy and reliable towing service, I definitely recommend AJ's Towing!

This is my first review and it was very well deserved this towing company saved me what could have been a total loss of my employee company truck. Not only was Raheen cool under pressure but extremely confident in his ability to get the truck undamaged, don't let his age fool you he has the experience of a 20yr vet. After a few hours the truck was out and my employee was back on the road, I was expecting a huge bill well past the original quoted price but the price was more than fair. I can't recommend this towing company enough they definitely will be my go-to in the future if I ever find myself or my employees in another sticky situation.

Where do I start?! Patient, Professional and Prompt. My new car "Blanca" needed to be towed for service. In a matter of minutes, Raheen called me notifying me he's outside. He was very Patient and Professional. I can only imagine what his days looks like, I do appreciate he still has a smile. I personally recommend AJ'sTowing.

My EV needed a tow and AJ's towing service did an excellent job from point of pickup to delivery of the vehicle at the service center. The appropriate equipment was used to transport the EV. Great customer service!

Raheem was so customer service friendly and professional and patient. With his knowledge you guy's at AJ's towing are very lucky to have him, I called for a tow but I wanted it the next day not a few hours from the time i called and I was on the other side of town but he waited patiently and actually got my car to start. He is the reason i would recommend this tow company and I would definitely use the service again, I hope you all treat him well.‍
