These also include other varieties of pocket and hunting knives. perry a.Roseville, CA1910214May 3, 2024Al followed up immediately about scheduling a Time to have 6 knives sharpened... that had never been sharpened in 10+ years. We scheduled a time to deliver the knives. He said he could do it while I waited. He showed me how to determine if a knife was dull ) other than it not cutting properly) by holding the blade up and looking for any reflection on the knife blade edge. A reflection indicated the edge was dull and a sharpened blade would not show a reflection because nothing to reflect.
Al completed the job in 20 minutes. He gave me a flat price as I looked at the knives, a price which was lower than the original quote!!' Al knows knives as he creates custom knives for people around the world. A very nice guy!!! If you need knives sharpened- email or call him. He is a skilled artisan! Highly recommend him!!!

Al was very sweet. He sharpened our expensive Japanese knives for a very good price. It is cash only but Al trusted me to go get some cash back and pay him. He did an amazing job.

Previous reviews are right on. I sent an email and got a call back in less than 5 minutes. We agreed on a time to drop off the knives for sharpening and I just waited for them to be done....razor sharp again.This guy is great.
