My neighbor moved away and his son used Alex to manage the
repairs and fixup, list and sell the home. In our case we didn't
need much fixup (his strength), but he did an excellent job of
listing in 2 phases. First without going to MLS and with a limited
exposure thru agents he knows, and then the 2nd phase was going
to be with MLS.

To our benefit the first phase of 21 days without MLS he had
2-3 showings, resulting in an offer, a negotiation, and our
sale. That meant we had little fixup to do, no open houses,
and just a few interested persons touring and then offers.
Everything that Alex did was very professional, and he is
very experienced, well known, and well connected in this
