Before during and after the Covid pandemic, I attempted to be my own property manager very mixed results. Once I hired Alexandria and her team things changed dramatically Alexandra was an excellent, and outstanding communicator and professional, most cordial human being The rental market in Oakland is quite challenging and it took us a while to find the right tenant and Alexandra and her team went above and beyond every step of the way. For anyone that wants to lighten their load as a landlord or needs extra support in the processes of searching for a tenant and maintaining tenants, I highly recommend Alexandra Moari. I can't imagine continuing as a landlord without her. My tenants just moved in and everything is going very smoothly so far. I anticipate that to continue with Alexandra at the helm.

Moving is so stressful, but Alexandra and her team made the moving process go smoothly! Alexandra's communication was 5 star, very fast to respond, attentive and respectful! Just wanted to drop a quick note about my experience with Alex and Jessica, in managing my property in Emeryville. I've had some experience with short-term rentals like Airbnb, but these two brought something special to the table.

They really spruced up my place for showings. The cleaning was thorough, making it feel almost like a brand-new home. And the photos they took? Absolutely beautiful - they showcased my property in the best light.

Alexandra is a very knowledgable, efficient and hardworking mortgage broker. We used her services to secure loan for a new house, and she was able to secure a loan for us, which seemed impossible to me due to the high value of the house.

Starting from the pre-approval to loan closing, it was an amazing experience working with her. Based on the documents I provided, she accurately predicted what will be the maximum I can borrow, and generated a pre-approval letter. Based on that I was able to get into an agreement for the house. She then shopped around for a lender with the best rates and conditions. She was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the underwriting process, for e.g. anticipating what documents will be needed and ensuring that I have those already prepared. He knowledge of real estate was also helpful during the process. She ensured that the whole process was done without stress and well within time.

I was fortunate to be introduced to Alexandra by a friend. The timing couldn't have been more perfect. The journey of home buying can be simplified and as stress-free as possible when you choose a team that has your back, informs you in a timely manner of updates and requirements, but especially deadlines.

Alexandra exceeded my expectations and left me with an experience that was fulfilling and educational. There's a lot out there that I could've learned through countless Google searches but it's a different vibe when working with a professional who has your best interests in mind.

So we had our house rented with Mynd, which was a horrible nightmare that had our house on the rental market for three months and devolved into applicants googling us and contacting us directly to see if they could rent it without Mynd because they had such a terrible experience with them so far. That will be another review, but gives you some context.

Switched to Alexandra. She had some good insights right away and was enthusiastic and communicated everything with us well. Relisted the property and within 48 hours we have a renter! She is more expensive than our previous managers, but you really get what you pay for.

As a tenant, Alexandra and her team has been extremely fast and reliable to work with. When I was searching for a place to rent, I remember requesting to view the property and within a few hours, Alexandra had me scheduled for a tour. I also appreciate being able to communicate through text messages for simple matters, especially when email feels like it's too much. The entire process, from touring the property to signing the lease, was smooth and straightforward - and I'm glad to have found my new home.

Unfortunately our HOA had some issues with Alexandra towards the end of the engagement, specifically around attention to detail, overstepping boundaries and vendor that she referred us to that used the wrong parts, then refused to actually fix the problem (at least the vendor gave us our money back).
