      So after a few yrs of complaining bills were wrong (didnt notice the first couple of years) and then finally uncovering the area manager was embezzling.
      They skyrocketed prices and keep skyrocketing every 2-3 mos
      They keep increasing
      After i came to terms w $99 per month
      Then $114 the last 2 mos
      Now
      $125 for 4 bottles of water monthly
      I love my water, and recent delivery person but do
      We need a class action suit.. where is lawyer angela?

      I love and support Mountain Valley but the water company that they work with ( Alhambra/primo) the gum on the bottom of my shoes! The worse customer service, delivery never comes, my order is always extra and I get charged for it! I pay for the mistakes...wrong and when I call to get someone to pick up the extra orders, deliver person never comes. Then I get a 10.00 credit...
      Mountain valley...please use another company!!!!
      Do not support this water delivery service!!!! Im officially done...gave several chances

      I hate writing bad reviews because everyone is just trying to survive. However, I have had to cancel my plans two days in a row now waiting for the delivery, and still nothing.

      I live in a complex with tight building security that requires me to be here in person to buzz the driver in. Deliveries are scheduled in advance on a calendar provided by this company for every two weeks. My delivery was supposed to be yesterday. Our normal driver usually delivers in the morning. When he didn't get here, I called their customer service for a status. They said the delivery was on the way, and that they will request the driver call me with an ETA. 3 hours later, I called again because no one had called me with an ETA. Again, customer service said the delivery was on route. At 5pm, I called a third time, only to find out the whole route was cancelled for the day.

      Imagine you are a customer, waiting an entire day having rescheduled your plans to not receive the delivery that was scheduled by Alhambra in advance, with no notice, and three customer service calls telling you that it will be delivered.

      Okay, so you've wasted my entire day. Things happen, you didn't have the ability to let me know, not even last minute, maybe some emergency on your part. I can be empathetic. The app and customer service told me my delivery would happen the next day (today). I requested an ETA and a phone call so that I know the driver is on the way. I have again rescheduled my plans for the day to wait for the delivery a second day.

      I also requested that they please try to deliver in the morning since they missed yesterday. It is now afternoon. Still no delivery. I've called in to customer service, who tells me they have sent a message to the driver and to the branch. No one has called me.

      To add to the frustration, I just checked the app. My delivery went from "On the way" back down to "Almost ready", meaning it is no longer on the way. I called customer service again for a more accurate status. They told me it is still on the way today, and they have again messaged the branch.

      Two days of rescheduled plans to wait for this delivery that was scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance, on a calendar of recurring 2 week deliveries. No notice, no return phone calls, no respect for the customer's time.

      Only saving grace is that our regular delivery driver was super nice. Will see if anyone steps up and at least have the curtesy to reply before I cancel my account.

      Unbelievable company just shut it down already it's seen its day, no deliveries for three months, couldn't even get anyone to come and pick up our dispenser so we could cancel, literally had to show up to their offices and catch an employee in the parking lot to take the unit so we could be done with this place once and for all.

      Writing just to share that like everyone else my water didn't come for 2 months. I contacted the social customer service and they must have done something because my water came today! Mountain Valley if that's helpful for anyone. Fingers crossed we are back on track!

      I've been using Alhambra water delivery service for a little under a year now and have had a completely different experience from most of the negative reviews. First, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of two of your service delivery professionals, first with Logan, then later replaced by Christian Beltran. One of the reasons why I am so satisfied with Alhambra is because of the professionalism of these two employees.

      Christian is always positive, helpful, and hard-working. He always delivers the water on time, with a smile and a friendly greeting. He is also very courteous and respectful of my property and preferences. He always makes sure that I have enough water and that I am happy with the service.

      Christian is not only a great delivery guy, but also a great team player. He works well with his coworkers and supports them whenever they need help. For example, when his team member Logan, left the company.
      Christian stepped in and covered his route without any complaints or delays. He showed great initiative and leadership skills in handling the extra workload. He also maintained his high standards of customer service and professionalism.

      Christian is a valuable asset to your company and your brand. He represents the company in a positive and trustworthy way. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the customers are satisfied and loyal. He would be an excellent candidate for a promotion or a recognition award. He deserves to be appreciated and rewarded for his outstanding performance.
      I highly recommend Christian Beltran as the best water delivery guy in the area. He is a pleasure to work with and a great example of what Alhambra stands for: Quality, Reliability, and Customer satisfaction.
