If I could give her more stars I would!!!! Texted her regarding an appointment, responded fairly quick! Came in to fix a butchered haircut I received from ulta, and I walked out feeling fabulous! Her suite is clean, and she's a great listener! Will definitely go back to her! Pricey but well worth it!!!!

I was lucky enough to be serviced in Portland, OR by Alice Kim in 2020 and loved my results! She is an expert colorist and hair stylist and is super down-to-earth and professional! If I find myself in CA I will definitely go to her again!

Alice was so wonderful to work with- not only is she a great stylist, but she is so friendly and welcoming. My hair was so overgrown and in desperate need for a cut and she delivered as I was hoping. I shared photos, tried to explain what I was looking for and she was receptive, thoughtful, and continued to check in how I liked the cut/length throughout the appt. I also appreciated how she gave input and guidance but truly took the time to listen to what I was asking for. She is very detail oriented, and I can tell she cares about giving you the best experience and cut. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with her!

I have been going to Alice for a while now and realized that I forgot to post my positive experiences. Not only she's skillful, Alice is also professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I miss Alice! She is the best hairstylist. I got my hair balayaged for the first ever time (first color, first big hair appt, etc.) back in 2020 right before I went to freshman year of college. I continued to go back to her until my last visit in March 2022. She has now moved to the Bay Area and I am seriously debating/trying to go down there to get my hair done lol. She listens to exactly what you want! I asked her to do my curtain bangs just short enough so I can't tuck them behind my ear and she made sure to make them exactly that short. She is a perfectionist in the perfect way. It took me an entire year to get over her leaving and try someone new to get my hair done!

It's been a long while since I've had my hair done. FTM and have no time for myself. Just got over the postpartum shedding and hair loss and finally made the decision to look for a local hair salon and stylist to fix me up. From beginning to end Alice had been wonderful, from scheduling to text updates and through my actual appt, all was amazing. She was very friendly, professional and I love that she cuts hair dry since my hair is long and wavy. I felt like I knew her immediately and my hair cut appt turned into a mini therapy session like she was girl friend that I haven't seen in years. Anyways. I love my hair! Thank your Alice!

Alice is one of the most talented and empathetic hair stylists I've ever met. She gave me a lovely A-line bob haircut today that made me feel like a million bucks. Her communication leading up to the appointment was also very courteous and professional. I can't recommend her enough, and will for sure be returning. I'm so glad I found my new go-to stylist in the Tri-Valley!

I am always hesitant to try a new place for haircuts since I can never get exactly what I envision, but Alice was absolutely wonderful! She was welcoming from the moment we met (met me by the door of the plaza) and then looked at the photos I brought and listened to exactly what I wanted. Throughout the cut, she would actively ask about my opinions and make sure I was happy before she went into the next section. Its so refreshing to have a stylist who knows how to cut hair AND listens to what you want. I walked out feeling great and got so many compliments on my hair.

I'm so glad I found Alice! I needed a hair cut because my hair is so thick and was weighing my head down but I wanted to maintain the length. Alice was able to give me the look I wanted without sacrificing too much length. She communicated every step of the way and always checked in to make sure we were on the same page. She's detail oriented and keeps checking to make sure everything looks as even as possible. She also showed me how I could style it after to achieve the same look as when I left the chair. She's so friendly and really makes sure you're comfortable the entire process. Highly recommend!
