Some kinks in delievery but overall exellent water and service. Customer service has improved greatly over the years

They sent a driver to eventually pick up the items, but he made zero notes of the pick up, so they are refusing to reimburse me. Horrible experience and customer service. I have lived in SF for 10 years and will never purchase or recommend their products again.

Do NOT hire this company.
You MUST drink all water containers and THEN re-order or else you will be charged $33 per bottle and you will NOT receive your credit on your next credit card statement (as promised by company).
If you ask for a returned call from a manager, you will get endless texts and NO PHONE call to discuss matter. Further, you will be told to "order more bottles" so that the matter can be resolved.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been getting Alive water for over a year now and we love it. It has absolutely no contaminants in it. I feel this is the best water available in California and probably many other places. The company is very reliable and brings your water right to your front door

Amazing difference!
I've been enjoying Alive water for the last few months and have felt more hydrated and have more energy compared to when I was drinking 8 glasses of Brita-filtered tap water everyday. You can tell the difference in taste and freshness right off the bat, every visiting guest asks for it and love it too! This water comes straight from the tap from Madras Oregon. Though the water there is better tasting then most places, there is really nothing special about it, and cost less than a 1/3 of a cent per gallon. What you are really paying for is a glass container and a overpriced water delivery service.

Our water is piped directly from the Opal Springs
The spring also happens to be so special and pristine that the town drinks it completely raw and unprocessed from their tap
It’s a well known fact most tap water has heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and dozens of other contaminants
We take pride in knowing that we offer water from the spring with the least amount of contamination, the best taste, and the best mineral profile.

They also provide updates on the delivery time and provide the delivery persons contact info. I don't know any water company that has done that! Did I also say how high grade their water is ?
