Ridiculously expensive. I asked for basic one time spray and they quoted me $499. I haven't heard of anyone charging this much!
So I called other pest control companies in the area who ate 5 star rated and quotes I received were $125-169 for the same service. Do yourself a favor and call around.
FYI they respond to 1 star review much faster than they pick up the phone. I mean... with the speed of light!

We discovered All Clear Pest Control after another company failed us miserably. (Fast Action Pest Control)

Our home was being painted a few months ago, and it turned out we had a major wasp issue under our ceramic roof tiles. The last thing we needed was painters falling off of ladders10 to 16 feet off the ground. Since the other company's treatment was so horribly ineffective and they wouldn't come back out, I quickly searched for someone new. I called and left a message for All Clear, and the owner Grant called me back shortly after. He assured me he could deal with our wasp issue in short order so our painters would be safe.

All Clear was a bit more expensive, but we already weren't getting what we were paying for from the other company, so the few extra bucks was a no brainer. The old saying, "sometimes you get what you pay for" comes to mind. Grant discounted for us what he could and we signed up for the 12 month service.

Grant came out for us personally the very next day which was on a Saturday (his day off) because of the urgency of our situation. True to his word, the wasps were eliminated by the next day and we've had zero pest issues of any kind ever since. Oh yeah, the other company even failed us on ants too!

We just love it when the little guy can beat the crap out of the bigger guy as is the case here! Between the two companies, there is absolutely no comparison. Fast Action blew it, and All Clear has earned our continued business. Sometimes going with the bigger, cheaper company can backfire on you. It did on me!

I moved into my new development in 2016 and we had non-stop bugs coming in without paying rent. After meeting and hiring Grant I found peace in my home ever since. I forgot to leave a review for this team cause I've been so used to a pest-free home for a very peaceful 5-6 years now.

His entire team has crazy good customer service skills and I can tell Grant knows how to pick a good team. Very responsive, flexible, and SUPER nice. They clearly want to get the job done and their commitment shows during every service. Not to mention at a totally reasonable price. I'll pay any price to them for what they do for my house. Even when we have a spontaneous ant invasion they are here as soon as they can and the problem goes away within days.

I greatly appreciate everything they have done for me and for making my life as a homeowner so much easier.

I've never hired a pest control service and I got really lucky! Grant is amazing! Awesome customer service, honest, and reliable. Moved into my new place and l was surprised with some pests!!! He squeezed me in and cleared my house of all the pests. I literally haven't see any bugs around my house since he has left. Inside and outside. Finally have a peace of mind. I hate bugs!!!
