I was in need of having my dryer vent cleaned and decided to reach out and request a quote. Vagif got back to me within 10 minutes and was able to come out the same day. He is extremely professional and was also very respectful of all the COVID protocols. He and his partner did such a nice job on the dryer vent that I have hired them again to come out and clean our rain gutters. I highly recommend them.

I heard back from Vagif within hours of my late-night inquiry. He came the next morning, even earlier than the time he promised. His equipment was clean and he didn't balk at all about my stacked washer and dryer, or about having to use a ladder to get onto my (steep!) roof to access the exit part of the vent.

He had a great approach to leave the vacuum on at the dryer, while simultaneously going to the roof with the brush to push any of the lint into the vacuum instead of out onto my roof.

Choosing All Duct & Vent Cleaning was one of the best decisions I have made! I've been having issues with my dryer shutting off before my clothes are even dry. I just had the heating element replaced and was told to have my air ducts cleaned along with having the aluminum flex tube replaced because it too was damaged.

I contacted Vagif first thing in the morning and explained the ongoing issues that I was experiencing with my dryer. He was very good at listening to what my concerns were, very patient with explaining in detail what his pre-diagnosis was and showed a genuine interest in helping me to fix what was causing my issues. He was even willing to come out the same day to see if he could be of assistance.

My appointment was scheduled for 5:30pm, and he even very promptly arrived 10 minutes early, (thank you for waiting for me by the way) as I didn't arrive to the property until our scheduled appointment time, and he wasn't the least bit upset for waiting. Vagif in fact was very friendly and courteous when we met, just like he was on the phone earlier that morning. When he approached my front door, he had shoe covers in his hands and put them on even before entering my home. This showed that he had respect not only to me, but also to my home, and I didn't even need to ask.

He pulled my stacked full size washer and dryer out of the enclosed tight space that it sits in, did a visual of the rear of the unit, and took time to explain in detail what needed to be done. I agreed for him to proceed with the recommended services and he spent the next 1 1/2 hours cleaning the air ducts (from both ends inside the house and out) and freed it from the lint build up and debris that was causing the restricted airflow. He also very willingly vacuumed cleaned and wiped down the rear of the dryer unit along with the enclosed area that it sits in.

If you are looking for someone to clean your air ducts, or need to replace the flex hose in back of your dryer unit, Vagif is the person to call! With his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to assist in a timely manner, he is hands down what I call someone who provides excellent customer service and one that you will definitely be very happy with! Fabulous job cleaning out our furnace ducts and sanitizing them. They also cleaned out my dryer which was packed full of lint, also replacing the dryer duct to the outside. Jobs were quick and very carefully carried out. Crew was on time, cleaned up thoroughly, wre very knowledgeable and a delight to have here. Charge was reasonable for all the work they did.
