All N One Pest Eliminators

I've used this company for bird proofing and wasp extermination. Very prompt and professional. I use to use Teriminix and they were horrible! Teriminix hired random people who would look through our windows during service. I'm so glad I went with this company. Juan and his son did our bird proofing which was about 24' to 26' off the ground at the highest peak of the house. And Marcus did our wasp service. Very very quick and friendly employees. Also great prices. Everything was paid in full because of their very fair prices for great work. Chris(tina?) has been the one who does our scheduling and she's super quick with finding availability's and fully transparent with no hidden fees!

We have a quarterly maintenance spraying because of spider and insect activity in the area. Devon has been our technician the last few appointments, and I wanted to give him a shout out for the great service he provides.

He is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and thorough, & always calls in advance of the appointment with an ETA. The advance call is important as the spraying occurs at my daughter's condo, so advance calling means I don't have to sit at her place for the entire 3-4 hr. appointment window.

He listened to my list of areas for special attention, and handled everything as requested. He even gave me practical advice for deterring & preventing spiders and other insects from entering the house during the periods between our quarterly maintenance. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Devon!

We hired All N One in March 2023 to manage a rodent issue. Through the process they were great - communicative, transparent, speedy and reassuring.

Their contract lists a 1 year warranty. Verbally, we were told that the warranty begins after your 2 clear trap checks signaling that your rodent issue is under control.

We were not able to retain 2 clear trap checks until mid-August 2023. That's FIVE months after our initial treatment.

We called today to request our warranty only to find out that it apparently expired in March 2024. Apparently the warranty of their work and pest control is already enacted WHILE they're still performing the work. So our 1 year warranty for all-clear pest control was really a 7 month warranty.

When I talked to the service rep today, they said that we should have considered the maintenance plan which would have extended the warranty. We were not notified of ANY maintenance plan...

We are now scrambling to get service on the property on short notice since All N One won't re-consider the warranty plan.

Scheduled them to come out to take care of a wasp nest. A tech showed up, super friendly, and sprayed the affected area. He came by a week later to check and I assume re-spray.

A little bit pricier than some of the other competing pest control companies, however, I am a big believer that you get what you pay for!

Domestic (feeder) rats got loose from their cage in my garage and have been creating havoc. Sheldon came out yesterday, did a thorough inspection and set some traps. There will be a second visit to seal off entrances to the crawlspace, but in the meantime, I was thoroughly impressed with how Sheldon made me feel better by explaining everything he was doing and being sympathetic about how I felt sorry for the rats and continued to feed them for awhile until they caused actual damage. I could not be happier with his visit and I expect no less with the next visit.

The costs are reasonable compared to other companies I contacted.

They were quite fast with their responses on Yelp, for a project that I requested to get quotes from multiple providers.
They were also professional and to their word they have come back and sprayed whenever I have requested them for additional service.
While I think all of these providers, they charge quite a bit for a 15 to 20 minutes service at home, that's the going rate and they all need a contract of 6 months to one year, which is understandable.
After the service, the silverfish bugs that I was seeing are no longer appearing. I think their solution is doing something which is meaningful and valuable to me

I've been working with All N One Pest for awhile now. I started working with them for spraying bugs outside our backyard every other month. Our same kind technician always comes and even knocks on our door to let us know he's there so we aren't weirded out that there's a random person in our backyard.

This winter for some reason has been mice season x10000 all over the Bay Area. Have never dealt with mice in our garage ever until this year. They were so quick to get Devon out for a quote and got use scheduled for work right away. Johnny and Devon did an amazing job sealing up our garage. Anytime we catch a mouse, I call up Ashley (she and I are BFFS now) and she gets a technician out to dispose. I'm so grateful for them and the peace of mind they give me!

Quick response I called and they came a few days a later would've been faster I was just not available. The technician was helpful and on time !!

Ted visits our home in Diablo for regular pest control/maintenance every 2 months, and we could not be happier with his service! He is professional, knowledgable, detailed, kind and listens to all of our pest control needs. He takes his time to thoroughly treat our property and it shows as we have a lot less activity with spiders, ants, etc. than what we normally dealt with before signing up with All N One Pest Eliminators. Because of where our home is located, it is expected to have all kinds of insects/bugs, etc. but Ted truly does a great job with keeping it under control. Thank you for your excellent service, Ted!
