All Natural Stone

We've been out searching tile for our bathroom and went to All Natural Stone.
They have beautiful tiles and so many to pick from! Dave Wraa was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Ask for him when you go!

GARY is the rockstar at this place. We came here not once, not twice, but three or four times to get two bathroom tiles, marble, kitchen countertop quartzite slab plus patio tile and wainscoting ... all of which required multiple visits. I'm not the easiest person to work with--super strong opinions and unapologetic about them, vocal about them ... I've been told I need my own country to run, lol! Gary offered to help us out on our first visit and he's exceptional in that he's so damn proactive, super engaged and attentive, as if it's his own place he's designing. He's not ever phoning it in and I adored that about him! I honestly don't think we could've done the job we did without his input and guidance. He knocked it out of the park. Every single visit, I changed my mind about something! And he rolled with it, endlessly without limits patient and amenable, super friendly and on the ball with all of it. He'd walk around the dizzying endless store, and show us infinite options, and what we really loved about him is his honesty about the properties of each material, e.g. honed marble versus polished and its appropriateness for shower, the application of semi-precious materials for functionality. I cannot rave enough about Gary ... the shop itself is awesome for their vast choices but without Gary steering us each and every time, we would've been adrift. Today, we'd made and appointment in the morning and didn't leave till afternoon, after which the awesome sense of accomplishment and completion we felt was palpable, so freaking relieved we were! It's so refreshing to see someone be so genuinely into their work. And btw., the sheer fact of him being able to so seamlessly handle my what some deem a "difficult" and "strong" personality personality, he probably should win some sort of medal, lol!

I was able to find gorgeous tile at All Natural Stone for my remodel. So thankful to the experts there who helped me bring my vision to life.

This review is long overdue, so here's our shout-out to Brigette at the Burlingame location. We embarked on a whole house renovation/addition that involved our kitchen, fireplace, 3.5 baths and a laundry room. I have a neutral palette preference and had a vision for what I wanted for our house. Brigette spent HOURS (through multiple appts) with me to pull our looks together. She listened to everything I shared and in many cases was spot on with her suggestions. She never pushed anything on me and was so receptive to feedback and my cues. All the tiles she recommended were so reasonably priced as well. I absolutely love everything we have and now that we have moved back in, the tiles bring me such joy daily. I would recommend Brigette and the ANS team to anyone looking for tiles/stone/countertops

OMG. Terrible customer service! Sent them emails, never got a reply. I was hoping to get some tile quotes for my kitchen but they didn't seem interested in doing business with me.

We were doing renovations in our house in Millbrae and we were mostly ordering from Floor and Decor when I chanced upon some beautiful unique mosaic tiles. Admittedly I love their design and wanted to buy some for our bathroom and kitchen.

But alas! There was no one to help. To think that their tiles and stones are costly, you would presume that they offer good customer service but no! It seemed like there were only 2 agents. One was out of town and the other was Faris who never replied to emails and unapproachable when you go directly to the store. It's been very disappointing dealing with him. He seemed very arrogant and proud.

So Tez Marble was it and Floor and Decor. They are the best bet for great help and knowledge with what they sell.

What a waste of great stones and designs!

Both Paul and Firas were incredibly helpful and well informed guiding me through the process of choosing which natural stone products would be most suitable for my remodel.
They were both patient and generous with their time, answering my questions and providing excellent design advice.

The showroom is beautiful and offers gorgeous stone products that inspire one's imagination.

Had a great experiencing working with Luis to find tile for our new kitchen and bathroom. I explained what I was looking for and he was able to offer several options. There were supply chain challenges getting the products in a timely way - Luis stayed on top of issues and kept us informed of expected delivery dates. Thank you!

We had THE best experience at All Natural Stone in Burlingame, partly, I am sure, because of the outstanding service we received from Firas. He suggested tile we loved for both our kitchen and bathroom remodel and spent much time and attention on our selection of a slab for a fireplace. We were delighted with him and with the selection. Thank you, Firas!

This company has very bad customer service. I visited the store three times. I bought three slab on my first visit and everything went through smoothly. I requested for tile samples and price quotes but never receive them. Two weeks went by and decided to reached out to my Sales Rep but no reply. Then I went to the showroom again, the Rep said he will email the quote to me. Another two weeks went by again and still nothing. I texted the Rep again but he didn't reply. So I decided to go visit the store one last time. My Rep was able to locate some of the samples that I had requested after spending two hours in the showroom. As of today, I am still waiting for my quote after six weeks. I gave up and will not shop at All Natural Stone in the future. I end up buying all my tiles from Porcelanosa and much happier with their services and products.

Paul and Firas were our designers for our renovation project and they were great to work with. Excellent service & beautiful selections for our house. If we need to do this again we will work with them for sure!
