Needed to get main water line pipe replaced due to roots infiltrating the pipe and causing major damage and needing full replacement, i had looked into a few places but based on positive yelp reviews i chose all-star.

The manager Jerry came onsite to inspect the issue and explained the possible scenarios to fix the issue with pricing and was very professional and hands on to see the issue.

Roger, Dickie and Victor were onsite on the day promised and got to work immediately to see how bad the damage was, taking photos, giving me updates the whole time with explanations of what was happening. These guys were very approachable, down to earth, despite working in serious heat those two days they never seemed to complain and never made me feel like they were unapproachable during the process.

These guys were very detailed and kept tabs on the little things I wanted to know about more importantly giving me answers to my questions and following thru with showing and testing/validating the plumbing was working correctly after job was closing up.

no home owner wants to be put into this situation but when it happens you want the peace of mind that you picked a good company but more importantly good solid workers, the team is what makes the company and these guys are the real deal and I will be using all-star in the future for any plumbing issues interior or exterior.

Once again AllStar Plumbing has gone beyond expectations. They were quick to respond to my service needs, very friendly, got the job done in excellent time, and made a huge effort to work with me financially. Our issue escalated from our toilets and tubs backing up to needing a whole part of our clean out replaced due to roots. Jerry came and offered a free estimate and added a hydro jet service at no extra cost to keep our lines clear until the big service could happen. Every person who came out was very kind and professional. They left my property looking nearly the same as when they started with no extra clean up needed from me. They communicated their plan and execution thoroughly and emailed me a copy of the report. They were also very flexible with payment. The service was definitely worth the cost and I appreciate that they didn't nickel and dime me and push me for work that I didn't need. I highly recommend this business.

Work done months ago. No follow up problems. Excellent work. Excellent, courteous staff - service and office staff. Anthony was responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. All the men doing the work were the same. Warranty/guarantee follows change of ownership, which I understand is not common. Feedback regarding pricing is that the discounts and extras provided put the price of services below average. Could not be happier with the work done (entire water pipe replacement, new water heater and garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet, new faucet filter) and the staff. Highly recommend.
