Fantastic service & products for several years! Found this place because our Dyson broke and learned about the much better solutions they offer. Been so happy with our SEBO vacuum. When our other Dyson broke, we switched to Miele. What an upgrade!

Have you ever had something and not realize how much you appreciate it until it's gone? For me, this was my vacuum cleaner. The one I had for years finally stopped working and this meant I had the dreaded task of finding another. Who wants to shop for a vacuum?

I have all hardwood floors with the exception of an area rug but what I mainly liked to use the vacuum for was for sucking up all my hair. Mostly, it's in the bathroom, but take a closer look and my hair is everywhere. On the floors, on the stairs, in between cushions on the couch, on the kitchen countertops sometimes... You get the picture. If you're a woman you'll nod your head in agreement. No matter where you go in your house, you're just going to find hair. My previous canister vacuum had the handy nozzle attachment where I could point it anywhere and suction all of these annoyances. (Yes I will call them that.)

If you're anything like me, you're going to do a lot of research. Consumer Reports, Forums, Youtube videos.. I did it all. There were a few vacuums that kept appearing in the top ratings for canister vacuums and those were Miele and Sebo. I had heard of Miele before but never the Sebo brand..

My local vacuum repair shop recommended "All Things Clean" as he told me that they would have these brands of vacuums to try them out and see for myself.

Walking in, I met Jon (owner) who came out and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I was going to choose between 2 vacuums-- both the Sebo E3 and one of the vacuums from the Miele C3 line. Had it not been for coming in here to actually try out the vacuums, I would have made a misinformed decision to buy one of these online.

Jon was great-- showed me exactly how to use the Sebo E3 from all the buttons to press and how it all functioned, to how to use the hoses and change out the filters. When I went and tested the Miele, I already knew that I wanted to go with the Sebo vacuum because it was easier to maneuver with a lighter canister. The Miele felt more bulky from the start.

I ended up meeting his wife Li-Lai who was also super kind. I'm now a happy owner of a Sebo E3 canister vacuum.. If you need an incentive to get a Sebo, there's also a 10 year warranty non wearing parts that comes along with it. Jon will register your vacuum in store for you so that you don't have to do it.

While shopping for vacuums isn't something you really want to be doing, these guys made it an efficient easy process.

We needed a new vacuum and had grown tired of spending money on cheaply made ones, that only last a few years or can't be repaired.

After our Dyson lost suction (yes they do lose suction), we decided to do some online research for the best vacuum out there. We didn't take this task lightly, since it was a bigger investment than we had spent in the past. After all was said and done, we decided on a SEBO Onyx canister vacuum, which is made in Germany.

Next, we researched where to buy one. We could have bought it locally, but went to All Things Clean, because of their great Yelp reviews. We purchased a beautiful SEBO onyx canister vacuum during Black Friday and got a great deal! SEBO's an amazing product and worth the extra cost, to finally have a vacuum that would last for a lifetime.

After using the SEBO for almost a month, we found it wasn't the right fit for our needs. We knew Jon offered a 30 day money back guarantee and went to see him. Jon didn't disappoint!! He and his team were awesome to work with. Jon's incredibly knowledgeable and after listening to the issues we had, he recommended a Miele Complete C3 HomeCare canister vacuum. It's more well known than SEBO and also made in Germany. Jon exchanged the SEBO Onyx for the Red C3 Miele and it's been a perfect fit ever since!

While we were there, we also purchased a cool little Riccar Supraquik vacuum. It's a small, relatively inexpensive, portable canister vacuum. It's perfect for cleaning everything fast, including the car. No more lugging the noisy shop vac!! As a bonus, this vacuum can be worn across your body or over your shoulder, which is superior to dragging the bulky shop vac around.

Jon and All Things Clean are excellent! I purchased a Miele dishwasher from them and was impressed by how easy they were to work with. Great communication, including both pre-sale clear summaries of differences between models and post-sale explanations of manufacturing issues. Jon even proactively followed up with Miele post-sale to ensure I received the bundled 5 year warranty that had been discontinued by Miele between my purchase and ship date.

Ok so you wouldn't expect a vacuum store in Los Gatos to be affordable, reliable, or with much inventory. But you would be wrong -- just like I was.

We've gone here a couple of times over the years and have always been quite pleased with the experience and the result. Jon is no-nonsense and straight to the point. He describes your options and whether he can help.

Most recently the power cord of a 20+ year old dirt devil hand vacuum started to fray. It became a hazard but the vacuum still works better than the newer ones we've tried to replace it with. Jon quoted us to replace the cord and, a few days later, it was good as new. Actually good as old. The new cord looks identical to the old one.

A couple of years ago we bought an IQAir purifier which uses a high end hepafilter to remove toxins and odors from the air. Jon walked us through the options and showed us how to replace the filters over time. This has really come in handy with the dense smoke from the fires over the last few years. If you're sensitive to pollen or dust, this really helps as well. You can get the replacement filters from him too.

We don't live in LG but it's worth the drive.

The owners of this business are super helpful & accommodating!!! The customer service is always on point!! Fixed my small canister vacuum to perfection for a fair price when I thought for sure I would have to buy a new one..Also they carry the very best carpet cleaner I have EVER used!!!! It is a European company that I can't even find online but the stuff takes out any stain, Beer wine pasta sauce pet doesn't matter it'll look like NEW. My carpet is light as well & I obviously try not to spill but I don't even freight or worry if an accident happens any more, I know the product they sell here will clean perfect with no effort at all!! Thank you soo much for your store!!!

I bought an expensive item at this store.
It broke soon after purchase.
The distributor of the item was very slow and hesitant
to step up and fix the problem.
The owner of All Things Clean stepped up, rapidly repaired the item himself, and
then advocated for me with the distributor and had them send me a whole
new part, which fixed the problem. And the owner did it with decency and kindness. He is both competent and responsible. That's why we should honor local businesses.

Outstanding customer service and vacuum stock.

After researching vacuums we settled for the Mele line. We definitely wanted to purchase from an authorized dealer so that we can get the maintenance to upkeep our vacuum.

One Saturday morning we set out to check out a few highly reviewed vacuum stores. All Things Clean Vacuum & Appliance was the best in employee knoweledge of their products, in stock vacuums, and customer attentiveness.

Jon answered all our questions about vacuums and showed us the advantages and disadvantages on several vacuums. We bought the Miele C3 HomeCare with ElectroPlus power brush.

We immediately tried out our new vacuum on Saturday evening and Sunday morning. One thing went wrong with our vacuum's bag and dust spread in the bag compartment. After doing some searching on Google we decided to bring the vacuum back to get help identifying the problem and getting the vacuum cleaned.

I called on Monday morning since they are closed on Sunday to let them know that I would bring the vacuum in to get some maintenance support.
Jon called me before their store opened and told me it wouldn't be a problem and that Chris could help me clean it up and show me how to properly instal the dust bag.

Chris did a wonderful job cleaning the vacuum and asnswering all my questions.

We are so happy with their support and feel confident that we will be able to do all the maintence on the vacuum.
