Honest people that do a good job. We've been using them for years. Had their guy come look at my ejector pump and he taught me how to maintain it to avoid future problems.

What a great service! Beau and Tyler are very friendly, professional, and efficient. They communicated clearly and took care to explain the problem and offered a great solution. They are so nice and personable that my dog, who is very wary of men, wouldn't leave them alone!

Sorry I can't add more stars. WAIT..i can. Eleventy billion stars. Pouring rainy day...techs showed up right on time..I have 2 tanks. The guys cleaned out one in our garage. The other one had to be dug up..did I mention it was pouring. Very professional..had my system explained to me and was given some advice on care. Couldn't be any more pleased than I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...HIGHLY

Beau and Tyler came out to do a pre-sale inspection on our septic system. These are wonderful, friendly, companionable guys who struck us as extremely professional and knowledgeable. They explained the inspection and testing process and procedures. They also explained the design of our system and how it works. They arrived punctually and got right to work. They found a problem with our system and were able to repair it. Although this was our first experience with this sort of thing we would give Allards Septic Service a hearty recommendation.

Came early to our appointment (slightly annoying but better than the opposite). Tyler and Beau were super-cordial in hearing my concerns and answering all of my questions. In and out in no time with helpful referrals for future drain field work. I highly recommend Allard's and will call them back for future service.

Ron has been servicing my septic system for 23 years. His wife Lisa always is kind and professional, when calling them for an appointment.
I do not use anyone else, but Allards. I have never had an emergency, since I keep my system maintained. However, I know he would be there quickly, if I ever need him.
I waited 6 years, once instead of my normal 3 years and he told me the tank was compacted and in danger of backing up into my house, that I can't go that long between pumping.
Also, there was a broken pipe inside the tank and he fixed it for a very reasonable rate.
He sent me a video of the repair completed. Very good company, I trust Ron completely.
