Allied Trailer Supply

Great customer service and work by allied trailer. We have taken two of our trailers to them to repair wiring, and both times they fixed the problems right away and we haven't had any problems with our trailers since. No nonsense, genuine people at allied trailer.

Here we sit, one year after we had several things "repaired" by Allied trailer supply.

Two of them, failed one week after the repairs were made and I had to return to have those repairs repaired.

The other two repairs lasted one season, and as she sits, all four repairs have now failed. (Again)

Never will I trust their repair shop ever again.

Two stars for the supply side of the business only.

Me and my wife bought a used family rv trailer to take camping and needed some fixes and upgrades done. There were a few pieces that had to do with the fresh water tank that I did not know how to repair. I took pictures and the guys were very helpful. Everyone here has a great attitude, is very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't try to upsell you on anything, but they will suggest things you might need depending on your situation without making you feel pressured to buy stuff.
This is an old school type store where you can ask a question and get answers.

What they don't have in store they can order. So far they've been able to supply everything I needed. Great store, great employees, great attitudes.

In the day and age of Amazon, things may be a few bucks more here at this store but it is well worth it for the service you get here. Stores like this are rare. I
Will only come here from now on.

They have installed tow packages on three vehicles for us over the years and they have performed flawlessly. Their customer service is outstanding. Carrie who is the service writer is very accommodating and really went the extra mile to take care of us. I highly recommend them.

Recently had work done on my 36' class A at Allied Trailer Service. I've had repairs at various service centers over the years; Allied is by FAR superior!
From office personnel to mechanics, I had a fabulous experience working with this company. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, fairly priced, and excellent customer service. This is the ONLY service center I will be taking my rig for work!

Full selection of parts and accessories. I needed to replace my wiring harness for my trailer. Allied had several different sizes in stock and ready. When I bought the wrong size, it was an easy exchange.

Seems like this place has had its ups and downs with various owner/management. I can't speak of the past but my current experience with them was excellent.

Small company with great knowledge and friendly staff. Get that personal service few places have anymore. Keep in mind that the service department is in a different building a bit further down the street from the parts building.

I had a last minute trailer wiring issue and they had me scheduled within 2 days. Carrie and her crew went above and beyond tackling my issue quickly. Will only go here for trailer needs. So glad Rack N Road recommend this place.

I want to give a shout out to Keri and her staff for taking such good care of me when I brought my RV in for repair from a fire that happened on JuLy 7th.

Their customer service is awesome, their knowledge iof repairing the vehicle is excellent and their turnaround time for providing an estimate is remarkable!

Now that it's under new ownership, this business is much better. We went in to buy a new cover for the vent of our storage trailer that got ripped off during the storms, when we went to attach the part it was way too big & we had lost the receipt. Went back in hoping we could return it & exchange for the right size, he helped us immediately find the right size & let us exchange it right there, also tried to help us find the correct back light for it but unfortunately didn't carry it, had us on our way in 10 min. Will definitely keep coming for our trailer needs

Unfortunately this place has changed hands and it has taken a severe turn downward. You used to depend on Allied for great service at a fair price. Now they think they're a BMW dealership. I was in a tight spot and needed the repair, but I won't be back..... bad service at high prices now!

Amazing service and work done by the team here, could not recommend it enough if you are having any sort of caper/RV issue!
