Had the joy of having my car broken into during a trip to Vancouver, but AllSet got me straightened out and on the road that same day! Cory was a great help and really understanding throughout the whole process! It's one of those things where you hope you don't need to go there (if you know what I mean), but it's nice to know that there's a good place like AllSet if you need it.

My car was broken into and window smashed late in the day and right before a long holiday weekend. Fortunately I drove by All Set and found Dan and King still at the shop and willing to take the car into the garage, saving me a lot of hassle. The next day they took care of all of the insurance paperwork (including the extra insurance that covered my deductible), parts ordered and repairs done by the end of the day. Dan and his team are simply superb! They were a silver lining to an otherwise distressing situation. I highly recommend All Set.

Flawless service. Everything was completed in under an hour. The staff was friendly, willing to answer questions/educate, and they even vacuumed my floorboards! That bonus touch meant a lot!

2 years ago, AllSet replaced the leaky windshield on my 90's jeep and it was a FANTASTIC experience. Staff were friendly, service was superb, the result was solid.

I have no idea what happened.

I called last week to have my rear window replaced due to a break in. The man I spoke to was rude, he interrupted me when I was speaking, and I got the distinct impression that he was in a rush to get me off the phone. He never gave me a timeframe for when the glass would be coming in or when I should bring my car by. I was assuming that it would be a similar experience to getting the windshield done, and that they'd order the glass, I'd bring my car in ASAP, and it'd be done in an afternoon. I was not told otherwise.

So after waiting at home literally all the next day, ready to drop everything I was doing so I could take my car in and get this dealt with before it started raining again, I called them back. Same man answered, and he was even ruder than before. Only THEN did he tell me that there was no "ordering" this window, that he was having to find one at a pick-your-part, and when I asked him if he could estimate some kind of timeframe, he didn't give me one. I told him that I would start looking, then, and that I wanted them to keep looking too.

Well guess what? It's been a week and I haven't heard back from AllSet. Meanwhile, I was able to locate not one, but TWO replacement windows that very same day. Needless to say, I will be going someplace else to have the glass installed because it's clear this guy doesn't want my business.

ETA: Responding to Dan/Cory below, if what they say is true then not only was the customer service experience awful, but the employee in question LIED to me when he said he would look for a window.

I'm rarely on Yelp anymore but the great and personable service I got once again from AllSet when my window got smashed AGAIN was worth the effort.
10am: Smash window discovery
10.15am: call AllSet, leave a message
10.30am: AllSet calls me back
11am: Bring car in
4pm. Car as good as new, completely vacuumed and ready. ICBC claim filed.

In late 2020 I bought a new Honda Civic. After only a month or so I was driving on the highway and some small stones from a truck flew up and hit the windshield. One of them made a substantial crack right in the middle of my view! I've been driving cars for decades and never had any windshield problems, so this was a new painful experience for me. Instead of just jumping on a big name auto glass company, I decided to read some reviews to find a good one. The reviews for AllSet were really good, so I called them and asked a few questions. Like I said, I've never had a cracked or broken windshield before so I needed some basic info. They were patient and very helpful right from the start. I decided to replace the windshield instead of getting it repaired since the crack was right in the middle of the driver's view. Throughout the process I dealt with 5 different people at AllSet and ALL of them were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. They have an amazingly good team. They did a great job replacing the windshield and it's been fine ever since. I appreciate it AllSet! Thanks.

Really great! Got my window smashed and was able to get it repaired the next day. The one complaint I have is that I was told to come in at 9 am, but the glass didn't arrive until 11:30. I advise asking them when the glass will be in/ when is a good time to arrive.

I went home and had them call me once the glass was in. Then the window was replaced in 90 mins, beautiful job, AND all the glass vacuumed up! I couldn't even find one piece after. Thanks Cory :)

Staff are very friendly. Great customer service. ICBC claim filed in minutes. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely amazing!! My car got broken into and they were fantastic with their service! Not only did they get everything fixed within 4 hrs, they didn't charge me a premium either compared to what other places would have charged me (including my own car dealership). And in addition to fixing my window, vacuuming up all the glasses, King also helped me take out something that was stuck in my car's back window pane without me asking him to do so. If you do need any auto glass repaired, I absolutely recommend this place!!

When my window was broken and shattered glass everywhere in the car, I first went to Speedy and got nothing but attitude, rejection, and disrespect. I called with teary eyes and these guys were true gentlemen. They fixed the car, dealt with me with respect, and kindness. AllSet Auto Glass people are not just glass repairmen, but kind humans who care about others. This happened during the summer, but I forgot to write them a review, and I owe them a very very high compliment and thank you.
