Got our dishwasher repaired today, yay! Roy is awesome!

So here's the backstory.

A few months ago, our dishwasher went on the fritz so we called our home warranty company. They sent out a company called AT Appliances. The guy came to our house and did some work in the dishwasher but it was very difficult to communicate with him because he had a very thick Russian accent and I couldn't understand what he was saying.

The dishwasher worked but it didn't feel 100%. Dishes never seemed to get completely clean. But I figured, oh well, at least it works.

A few months later and the dishwasher stops working AGAIN. Since the home warranty will only cover the repairs if it's within 30 days, we had to pay another service fee to have them send out a contractor to diagnose and repair the issue. They were about to send AT Appliances again.

So I called the home warranty company and asked them to PLEASE send me anyone except for AT Appliances because I need to be able to communicate with the person who is coming to my house, at the very least to be able to understand the problem and any instructions I need to be aware of.

My home warranty company then said they would call around to find another contractor for us. They told us that Almighty Appliance would actually be able to come the very next day to check out the issue. I was pretty surprised because it was a long holiday weekend and this guy was willing to come out on a Saturday!

So the next day, Roy came by and he was a breath of fresh air. He was great with setting up appointments and coming in the time that he said he would be arriving. Not only could he speak English fluently but he was able to explain to us what was not correctly fixed the first time.

The order was placed for new parts and though there was a bit of a delay getting the parts (which we were advised might happen, especially with COVID nowadays), Roy was able to fix our dishwasher and now I don't have to fret when I see a big pile of dirty dishes! :P

While he was repairing our dishwasher, we got to chatting with Roy. We were really impressed with how knowledgeable he is with appliance repair and just how friendly and interesting a person he is! Such a pleasant person to be around.

First Roy fixed our dishwasher 3 years ago, then he fixed our dryer today! Roy and Almighty Appliance Repair are our go-to company when we need help with our home appliances.

So a little backstory: When we moved in to our house 9 years ago, the previous owners left a clothes dryer in the laundry room. Not sure why; they took the washer but left the dryer. It worked, so we figured we would save money by keeping it.

Over the years, we've had issues with the dryer but our home warranty company has managed to keep it alive. A couple years ago, the dryer was having issues so the warranty company sent out a tech from another company. The guy took forever trying to fix the issue and then after he was done, we realized there was no light inside the dryer! The guy promised to order us a replacement bulb but we really didn't want to have to make another appointment just to get the bulb replaced.

So instead, we've been using the dryer without the light inside. Today, after Roy and Almighty Appliance Repair stopped by, not only was our dryer working perfectly, but Roy even replaced the light bulb without me asking him! Such a surprise to open the dryer door and have light inside!!

Did a load of laundry and was surprised at how quickly the clothes dried! Guess whatever Roy did to fix our issue (he showed us a wheel thingie and a sensor) made the dryer work even better. So impressed when an individual is so skilled and can diagnose problems and fix them effortlessly like Roy did.

Honest guy, friendly and knowledgeable, and knows what he's doing! If you have a home warranty company, you can request Almighty Appliance Repair. But even if you don't, he still does house calls!

Located in Roseville but also commutes throughout the Sacramento area. Top notch company! A+!

Almighty Appliance Repair is excellent! Roy is so knowledgeable about home appliances and is able to fix issues quickly and efficiently.

In the past, we've had him fix our dishwasher. This time, he fixed our old Maytag dryer. Our dryer had been making horrible grating noises for a few months, but we chalked it up to being old. Then last week it just decided to stop working.

But when Roy came out, he quickly diagnosed the issue and even had the parts in his truck! (So nice not to have to wait for parts!) He fixed the issue and now our dryer sounds like it's brand new.

Very friendly guy, enjoyable to talk to, and so skilled at his profession. Definitely give him a call or text him when you need your appliances fixed. We tell all our friends about Almighty Appliance Repair. He's located in Roseville but will travel pretty far (to Elk Grove and even Oroville).
