Sarah C.New York, NY335560Aug 17, 2023I love living at Alta Waverly! The staff (shoutout to Faze and Tianti) are really welcoming and responsive. They host a lot of community events such as Sunday Sundae and having a live band with free food and drinks. Amenities are nice, and a bonus is that there are so many dogs in the building

Jose and Louie are THE best - chill, friendly and literally know how to fix everything... community events are actually fun and engaging from henna to screen printing to wine tasting.

I've been living here for 3.5 years and love it. All the staff are amazing. Special shout out to Jose and Louie, our maintenance workers. Louie is so thorough and has fixed problems that other workers haven't been able to figure out. Highly recommend living here.
