These folks have helped me out a few times now and I have nothing but good things to say. They are straight up and honest. They got me out of a jam with my AC leaking and had me back in business within an hour. They communicate effectively and gave me multiple options/scenarios to the situation. I appreciate yall!

Ok - I LOVE these guys! I can't tell you how many hvac company's and people I've had to deal with in my construction project - but these guys are a dream to work with! Very personable, very knowledgeable, ETHICAL - which to me is paramount these days, and they are reasonably priced. Adam, Jenson, and Bev were a delight to work with and I look forward to working with them again!

I had Adam take a look at my gas heating system since it didn't seem as warm this winter. Adam and his associate were very easy to work with and responsive. He recommended changing the grates to improve airflow and another more involved option requiring duct work to change the location of the return.

I opted for just updating the grates and didn't feel pressured. His quote was fair and I noticed better efficiency and warmth immediately. They were also nice enough to help us change out our smoke detectors too! Would go to them again for future heating needs!

Messaged them at 730am this morning. They responded quickly and were able to come by in late morning. Our furnace was out, and required some tinkering to come back online. Adam & Co were professional, kind, and fair. Would gladly recommend.

Adam has come out to (1) repair an issue with our HVAC system (2) reduce the noise of our AC Compressor. Really responsive, fair pricing and does a great job. Will definitely hire for any HVAC jobs we have going forward.

My ancient (probably 80 yrs old) gas furnace was acting up so I wanted it repaired. One company said they had never seen a furnace this old and had no idea what to do. Another company came and changed the valve which made it worse, leaving us without any heat. Then luckily I found Ambient Experts HVAC. Adam was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. But I knew the furnace was very old, with potential failure and safety risks. So I decided to replace the unit. Adam was patient in explaining various options so I could make an informed decision. Before the job began, he also met with the asbestos estimator and technicians to make sure the prep was done properly. After that, Adam and Jenson disassembled my large furnace (which weighed a lot!) for disposal. Then they did the hard part, installing the new unit with all the associated duct work, inclusive of a couple of new ducts in a narrow crawl space. They were friendly, professional, very skillful, and answered all my questions to ensure I was comfortable through the entire process. I am very pleased with their work and can definitely recommend them to others.

Brisk morning here in Oakland, Bryant furnace quit working! Yikes. Called one other firm first, they couldn't make it out till next Wednesday. I'd be dead & frozen by then. Called Ambient, out to the house within an hour of the call. Troubleshot the problem [George hair had clogged the system], fixed the issue [removed all the hair] & now my house is nice & toasty once again. Happy, and wiser, camper am I.

I was looking to replace my very old gravity heater because I know it is extremely inefficient. I had 3 companies come out to help me decide what makes the most sense for our needs and wants. Adam's estimate was quite a bit better for the exact same system. We discussed this. He is very responsive and was able to complete the job the following week. Adam & Mark were excellent. They kept me informed during the whole process and when we had a glitch (during asbestos removal) and it was going to take an extra day, he offered to provide us with a duct cleaning service (which they scheduled right away). I am very pleased with the new system and definitely recommend them.

Adam, Jensen and the team did a cracking job installing a new furnace for me. They said what they would do, and then did what they said...simple, clear, on time, on cost. These guys are a small business, but they run it well and give great service. Honest, dependable, good value. Enough said.

I contacted Adam and requested that he come to my home to troubleshoot a problem that I was having with the wall heater in my condominium.
He set up an appointment for the next day and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. I highly recommend his business and services.
