Remarkable customer service.

I received various proposals and estimates from 9-10 different solar companies, all of whom were all similar in pricing and value. What stood out with Ambrose Solar is that Kelsey Commerford (the sales rep from Ambrose Solar) was thorough, persistent with following up, and very flexible with building my solar system and making adjustments as I learned more about solar along the process. I decided to ultimately go with Ambrose Solar.

The installation took place with planning involving many phases and stages. (inspection, permits etc..) often times various personnel from different departments would come and go but everything was coordinated and executed seamlessly. Vincent was the project coordinator and he did a fine job. Appointments were set up and honored on time. Jobs were completed ahead of schedule.. follow up phone calls were always answered promptly.

During the installation one of the members fell through my attic ceiling causing drywall and insulation to scatter everywhere. He was very apologetic and the level of professionalism with this matter impressed me. They repaired the damage and cleaned up the mess as if nothing happened.

It's been 4 months since the install was complete and we are happy with our solar panels and powerwall 3. No issues as of yet, but I have confidence I can reach out to Ambrose Solar anytime and get my issues addressed appropriately if something goes wrong.

A few things that could've been done better (but not enough to drop a star) is the electrician who installed my powerwall 3 was not familiar with the Tesla App and so I had to research on my own time how to setup the different functions and familiarize myself with the powerwall 3 system Tesla App.

I also had a closing appointment setup with Kelsey Commerford but I did not hear from him, which I found a bit out of the company's element considering all communication had not missed a beat.

Regardless, I am happy with the company and have recommended them to colleagues and friends.

Well we signed up for our solar with Ambrose, they are very highly rated here, the young man that came to our house was very knowledgeable and really likable, very personable. They were higher than other quotes we had, but he worked with us to get it down within comparison, with redesign and discounted for my veteran status! We can't rate five stars yet, that will come later I hope. I could tell by working with the sales representative this is most likely a hard working and honest company.

Recently we had a battery backup installed for our older solar panels. We consulted with two different companies and decided to go with Ambrose Solar after talking at length with Carson. He spent lots of time with us going over our numerous questions. We were impressed with his expertise and detail with his answers, that we look for. One of the many reasons that we chose Ambrose was because in their pricing they were going to handle everything from start to finish including helping us go through the extensive paperwork with PGE to get our rebates and approvals for the battery.

Stephanie in the office was a gem in doing the project management and all the paperwork. Every step was expressed to us before it occurred, so that we knew what was going to happen, and what we needed to do on our part. We had no idea how complicated the paperwork was with PGE, and I'm sure that we would be wasting our time trying to figure it out ourselves had we had to do it on our own. And we are paperwork and detailed people.

Besides Stephanie and Carson's help, the installers did a great job. They kept us abreast of their timeline for the two day installation, and we appreciated the communication. At the end of the process Carson spent time explaining the Tesla app and even suggested things we could do in the future to lower our PGE costs. We cannot say enough about the company and staff, and the system is working great thus far. Thank you Ambrose!

Ambrose was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Professional and responsive. Audrey returned my calls in a timely fashion, with complete answers and valuable information as I need to replace my inverter. Arnulfo arrived on time, was courteous and went right to work. He completed everything in expert fashion, and did a nice job cleaning up afterward,
I would use Ambrose again and strongly recommend them.

Be aware with this company. Started out small with great customer service. Now over 4000 customers and horrible customer service. They have turned into all the rest, do not care about there customers and will push blame back on homeowners. Will not recommend and I usually stay local but not this time.

I hired Ambrose Solar to provide and install a complete solar system. They have many departments that handle the complete process, from sales with quotes, engineering, to project management, permit processing, SPIG processing & specific crews to do different installations. I originally had Solar installed, and I was so impressed, I had them come back the next year and install Tesla batteries, an EV charger and a Span breaker panel. There crews were top notch and explained all my questions thoroughly. Great job Ambrose Solar

Just to update you on the continued support of this company, I had a problem with the Tesla batteries not synching with the Span panel (electrical panel). Antonio was all over this. He called Tesla, had the system restarted and called me back with instructions on next steps and how to contact Tesla support.
Then, two days later I got a call from them just following up. How great is that? They stand behind their products and installations. I hope you all have a similar experience.

Long overdue review! The team at Ambrose Solar is amazing. I reached out to them to have our existing solar system removed so we could replace our roof, and then have it reinstalled. From start to finish, the communication and the work performed was impeccable. Andrew was our lead communication contact, and he was amazing throughout the process. Excellent communication, explained everything clearly, always responsive, and as friendly as it gets. Carlos was the foreman of the project, and he and the crew did an amazing job. Again, great communication, exceptional work, and they left the site as clean as it was before they started. Following completion of the project, we needed an update to our inverter and electrical panel, and Joe came out to complete this final job. Like the rest of the team, Joe was amazing - super friendly, great communication, and excellent work. I couldn't be happier with the team at Ambrose, and I very highly recommend them.

When researching for a solar company we were looking for someone local because should anything up come with the system, we wanted to be able communicate with a live person and have quick fixes.

Ambrose solar came highly recommended by many and I couldn't agree more.

The team was knowledgeable and efficient. Although the process took a few months due to the high demands, overall everything went smoothly. The team communicated every step and phase of the process and made sure we understood what was happening.

I really like that there was a meeting at the end to ensure we understood the system and how to use it.
