I cannot say enough how excellent this car buying experience was for me

I worked with Alex, Sam and Mark for one thing or another. In all situations, each of them were professional, kind, thoughtful and very pleasant to deal with.

In my life, I have purchased and owned 38 vehicles. Hands-down, this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Ever.

Great deal and absolutely no pressure, as it really wasn't needed. One of the easiest choices I have had to make purchasing a car.

I love the car!

terrible customer service as I was talking to them someone called their phone and they just answered it and completely ignored me. Then when I inquired about test driving a vehicle they told me no that I can't test drive it. That's the first time ever that I was told I couldn't test drive a vehicle that I was interested in definitely would not recommend.

Scam

Bought a 2015 Mini Cooper from them 2.5 years ago for about 12k and now (2021) I am trying to sell it back to them. They were friendly like before initially over SMS but once I shared the VIN number they plain ignored me.

I took it to Serramonte Lexus and they offered a boooo 3k, which totally threw me off. Turns out there were "severe damage" from the previous owner while guys at AMC Auto told us the car was clean and NO major accident prior. What an experienced lemon farm!

I was searching for a certain car model, and they had one posted online, so that's how I found AMC. From the first call, they did not pressure me but simply offered service, test drive, answered questions...found an accessory I needed...all-in -all an excellent experience. They handled the DMV stuff smoothly too. Alex and Sam were my contacts. The paperwork with Alex was easier than other dealerships so that was nice...they even let me take the car before all finance was completed. Very good salespeople - I am extremely satisfied!

Being that this was my first time buying a car I was very nervous and skeptical of buying a luxury car, but Sam was very kind and worked around me and my budget. What I thought would be hours long of number crunching and back and fourth worked turned out to be a quick and easy deal.

I recently bought a 2016 Audi A3 from AMC Auto and they were FANTASTIC!! Their price was the best deal in town, by far. Alex there was very helpful and was able to get me the financing I needed right away! The service and attention to detail that I received from AMC was top notch and I've already told quite a few of my friends and family about the deal that I got from them! If you're looking for a good car at a fair price, definitely have them in your search!

I stand by my previous review, but I have to share how exceptional they really are. When I bought my Audi, one of the headlights were going out. So, I took it to Audi Palo Alto to handle it under the warranty after the purchase- which they did, but the headlights were two different colors after. Annoying... To make a long story short, Audi PA refused to fix the other claiming the car had hood and fender damage. I just about LOL'ed myself on the spot with a "do I look like I was born yesterday" look and left irritated. I guess a couple of barely noticeable touch ups around the headlight qualify as accident damage to them.

My bf called Nima who said they'd take care of the bulb the next morning which was Saturday. Perfect. I brought my A5 across the Dumbarton, and they changed out the bulb to match. I met Mark, the owner, who was super nice and solicitous to making things right. Everyone there was cool, and they even sent me off with a loaner while they took care of it.

Everything was just a great experience from appointment to signing my new car to the best help. Sam is just amazing in what he does makes his clients feel comfortable and he cares for them as well . Highly recommended AMC auto sales best experienced I had ask for Sam.
