I did an online purchase for a stove, including delivery on 5/26/24, since they advertised Next day delivery. The next day, I didn't hear from them, so I called. They said they don't do next day deliveries or any deliveries since they hire a 3rd party subcontractor. Website update?
I made arrangements and picked up my stove. Nobody was available to refund the $109 delivery fee because it was so busy. (Memorial Day weekend) Totally understand.
They said they'd call, and I have spoken to them several times and still don't have my refund. They had to turn in a ticket, It isn't in your account yet? Etc. The last couple of days they haven't answered the phone. I've left messages, and they don't return my calls. Nothing has been refunded on my account. I had to pay someone to take me to pick it up on top of a unexpected purchase of a stove.

As I was leaving, they said, "Be sure to do a Yelp review," so here it is.
Stove is so-so.

We got the refrigerator we wanted, at a decent price and the delivery was smooth. The bad part is that there was a lack of communication between their managers & the delivery instructions. Luckily I was able to find a solution!

I'm back over here with an other client.

If you don't mind a little cosmetic character (some people call them scratches), this is the place to save and get brand new.

Great place to get a brand new (lightly) scratch/dent refrigerator for 1/2 off retail! The fridge in our rental home went out, so we went to check inventory here first. Awesome service from Ray! Enormous selection of counter depth fridges and they were able to deliver and haul away the next day! I didn't think that this would be possible so close to Thanksgiving, but they came through. Check here first and thank me later!

The owner has promised my son and I a living room sofa how we wanted it and it was not the same one we asked for and now there refusing to take it back and still wants us to pay 3,000 for only 4 seats unbelievable I do not recommend anyone to that furniture store owner was completely rude the only person that was helping out was Daniel.

I finally got rid of the piece of junk furniture by taking advantage of a Black Friday sale (I now have beautiful furniture and got a good price). The faux leather started cracking after I had its month and the puffy seat went flat and you were just sitting on wood. Believe it or not someone wanted the junk. Of course it was free to them.

Our chairs were delivered and they have lights and a cord was missing and the manager himself came with a cord..and fixed the problem..what great service ...would recommend highly!

So I reached out to this general manager that replied. And she's a joke. Never replied to me. This shows how this company is. Careful. If I can give 0 stars I would. That's what they deserve.

I am the employee that everyone had good things to say about but these products are garbage. I haven't worked there for 6 months and the only reason I leave this review is because some of my value customers expressed how their units failed and the received little to zero assistance with their matters. Simple and plain.
