Small but growing limo operator myself always looking to team up with some local companies who share the same values and professionalism when it comes to serving your community and people in general.

Hello , Selma from American Royal just email us a calling us a liar for Limo service we used in December 2019 round trip for 3 passengers, traveling international. we contacted and spoke to ED on this service.
For Selma from American Royal to trash prior clients and calling them a liar on their website is troubling and alarming for the Company reputations..

Mana V. We have NEVER served you! If you believe this is an error, send us a copy of your most recent trip with us. Also on a side note, you believe that it is just for a company to increase their prices because as you stated "considering inflations and high cost of living" but you choose to not reward a driver for the same financial issues? Ironic! wouldn't you say? We respect our drivers and would not want them to be subjected to so called customers like yourself. Also you falsely state that we do not inform our customers about the automatic gratuity, it is stated very clearly on our website as well as all electronic correspondences so please don't "LIE"! in an effort to make your story more believable. Lastly, trying to get another relative or friend to submit another false review was pretty low class of you, Yelp was able to remove that particular false review and although we communicated to yelp that we NEVER provided you with a ride, unfortunately they have no way to confirm that. We don't want you as a client even if you paid us our regular prices.

American royal transportations demanded a mandatory of 20 % tip upfront after our booking was completed ...would be nice if they let the customer be aware of what to expect....We did not appreciates the surprise for a repeat customers, have no choice to contact other SFO ride, they were no mandatory tipping requested, we informed the company driver will get no less than $20.00 tips from us for this ride.
Tipping is people choice instead of forcing...I would have again tipping $20.00 each way like we did the last time ( I think is a fair amount )
Please inform customer you have on your website how much for airport ride and stated that there's mandatory Tipping of 20 %, its only fair to let people decide if they wish to pay for mandatory tipping. - Jun 28, 2019
These guys are superb! I needed an SUV for airport pickup at SFO and returning to the East Bay. I called several companies and ART was by far the cheapest - most were $200+ Alas our flight was delayed but we were able text our driver and our car arrived a few minutes after we emerged from customs. He would have been there sooner but some idiots got into his car by accident and tried to hijack our ride! Unfortunately my son got sick on the ride home but our driver never complained (we did help wash the carpets after we arrived).
In sum I highly recommend this company for dependability, value and just plain kindness. A great option if you don't want to roll the dice on a rideshare driver and save serious coin on your airport limo.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 
Sean L.Clayton, CA2685617Oct 19, 2021We use Ed all the time and will continue to use him. This is only slightly more expensive then an Uber, and you get a private car, safe driver, and a great conversation. Not to mention it's a nice clean car and he's waiting for you when you arrive!

Kept in touch from beginning to end, even texted to make sure I was having a good time on my vacation. Always on time, super clean cars, made me feel relaxed even in horrible traffic reassuring me we would not be late. The price was great! Very professional. Love this company

This is a great company with a great owner and the services and focus on the quality of the client experience as listed on their web site are what you will receive. I have experienced a great day with them heading up to the Calistoga area of Napa Valley as well as a round trip ride from the East Bay to SFO.

Great price, great customer service, on-time (even at 4am!) and well maintained vehicles. These guys are awesome - HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I have been using American Royal Transportation to book my boss' weekly trips from Walnut Creek to SFO. Most times, the pickup is at 4am. Ed and his team have been there, as scheduled, with zero issues. When a last-minute business change or need has come up, these guys understand and have never made me feel bad (I'm the one who feels terrible!) and they always come through.
We also had them take 4 VIP business executives to Napa for the day and it couldn't have gone smoother. They even help plan your trip!

Fantastic customer service. Quick response, great communication and a fantastic price.
Very customer oriented in the reservation phase and fantastic transport experience.
Our driver was Ed and I feel like I've known him my whole life after one ride, after the second ride I think he's my cousin.
