My Tesla X had a slow leak -which Tire America discovered AFTER my recent 4 wheel alignment - and TIRE INSPECTION completed by Tesla of Palo Alto.

Tesla reported my rear tire treads at 5s and 7s - and they assured me that the car was good shape to give my car to my daughter to drive across the country.

What Tesla of Palo Alto MISSED in their tire inspection and $270 4 wheel alignment was the FACT that the STEEL BELTS of the rear tires were EXPOSED

The Tire America technician simply went out to my Tesla X to inspect for a nail - and discovered the steel belts were exposed- and the source of the slow leak.

Tire America quickly installed the proper tires, 25% less espensive compared to Tesla. Great service! Good Price.

Came in for a set of tires for my mom. Was told I'm the 5th in line.
2 hours later my car hasn't budged and I was just told "there are 3 people in front of me".
WTF?
It took three hours and then I got back to my mom's house and realized they had only put on two of the tires? I am not joking.

It's like a monkey humping a football.

Got my tire replaced here. They were fair, transparent, prompt, and professional. This is how every mechanic should be.

America's Tire has been offering great value for exceptional service and I have been using them for many years. I recently moved and hit this place up for my Tire rack order to be delivered and installed here. They're very busy but I have an appointment so they guaranteed priority service time for me. ANDREW has been exceptionally professional and patient with my questions. He is very articulate and explained things to me patiently. Great service and value! I will do business with them again!

I appreciated their recommendations and how they explained the options to me in detail. I took their suggestion for the tire choice and am happy I did: Michelin. I didn't make an appointment and I wish I had. It's a busy store. The people who had an appointments got served at least a half an hour, maybe and hour before I did, so my one recommendation is to make an appointment !

Every time I have to bring my in my vehicle for tire service or purchase, regardless of appointment, it is a long wait even just to drop off my vehicle. We have spent easily over $10k in this establishment. The company needs to come up with a better way to service customers with respect to customer's time. No ideas, you need to figure that out. Currently I am seeking a new company that can respect my time when I come in at the agreed upon time.

Our Tesla Model Y was leaking air suddenly and we needed a repair. Called them one day and they mentioned it was probably too late to bring it in as a walk-in, so I'm glad they didn't waste my time. They told me to try another day in the late morning/before the afternoon to squeeze me in.

Next day I brought my car in and found a spot (don't block the bays!) and they said it'd take 1.5-2hrs and to check the status of my car via the text message I got. They provided me pricing options if I needed to replace the tire itself, which they had in stock.

They were able to repair the flat, caused by a screw that went right into the middle of the tire so I couldn't see it myself at night. Was pleasantly surprised how fast and smooth things went! Will definitely go back when it's time to replace our tires.

2 hours to replace 1 tire and 4 hours a previous time. They put people on hold for an average of 20 mins. I've asked for an appointment several times and they just say come on in and they treat you like a walk in. Just tell people what the wait would be like if you were to walk in

Always understaffed.

Have been to this place multiple times for tire issues. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I had recently bought a set of 4 tires and came back for the free rotation and balance. Once I got there, I was immediately greeted and even though I was 15-20 min early , they brought my car right in and was all done is 10-15 min. Fantastic experience and this is why I always some back to Americas Tires for all my tire needs

I've previously had good experiences with the PA America's Tire, but left deeply disappointed by my most recent visit. I made a 10:00 appointment to get new tires for my Mazda. I arrived and selected the tires, and was told that my car would be ready in about 45 minutes. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I was told that the tire size information had been misentered, and that the tires that I selected weren't available at their location. I was given a couple of options: getting wider tires, or having the tires I chose delivered from Mountain View (they estimated that this would take about 45 minutes). At no time did they say anything about increased cost. I told them to get the tires from Mountain View. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I got a text indicating that my car was ready. I inquired about this, and they informed me that the car wasn't ready, but that a driver had been assigned to deliver the tires from San Francisco (!). At that point, knowing that this would take longer than expected, I told them that I would leave and come back for the car. They said that they would text me when the car was finished. At 4:30, not having heard from them, I called to see what was going on. They told me that the car was being brought in and would be ready in about 30 minutes. I arrived there a few minutes before closing to pick it up. The person I spoke to (Andrew) informed me that the tires that they put on my car were more expensive than the ones I had paid for (by a total of $300+) and tried to get me to pay for the difference. I refused, given that I was never told about (nevermind approved) a price differential. After going back and forth with him for a while, he finally agreed to waive the difference, but I shouldn't have been put in that position in the first place.

Given the poor communication, extended wait time (45 minutes estimated v. 7+ hours actual), and their attempt to get me to pay sums that I didn't approve, I definitely won't be going back and suggest that others find somewhere better.
