Book with Angel Worldwide. Definitely worth the money and will have an awesome experience for any event. My husband booked with Angel Worldwide for a bachelor party. They choose the Mercedes Sprinter. Enough room for a party of 9-10 people. Plenty of room to move or stand inside. Vehicle was clean and very good condition. San was the contact person over the phone & text. Easy to communicate. Timely responses. Questions were quickly answered by text. Contract was emailed with all the information and details. Easy to use. Did not run into any issues with the booking process. Their driver was Davinder. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great customer service. Treated everyone with respect and treated everyone like family. Went above and beyond by helping with each stop. They would recommend and use this company and request this driver for the next event. Made the event much more special. One of the best Limo/shuttle services out there. You won't regret booking with Angel Worldwide.

It was my second time aboard the party bus provided by Angel World Transportation, and the anticipation was palpable. With memories of my previous trip still fresh in my mind, I couldn't help but marvel at the seamless blend of luxury and efficiency that awaited me.

From the moment I contacted Angel World Transportation to inquire about their wine tasting package, I was met with unparalleled professionalism. LaQwesha, the adept coordinator who assisted me both over the phone and via email, exuded a level of expertise that left me reassured in my choice. She meticulously crafted our itinerary, ensuring that every detail was accounted for, from the wineries we would visit to the timings of our stops.

As the day of our excursion dawned, I eagerly awaited the arrival of our designated driver, Randy. True to the promises made on their website, Randy was impeccably dressed and greeted us with a warm smile. His dedication to our safety and comfort was evident from the outset, as he expertly navigated the winding roads of Napa Valley.

Stepping aboard the party bus, I was once again struck by the pristine cleanliness of the vehicle's interior. The ambiance was nothing short of premium, with soft lighting and curated music setting the perfect tone for our adventure. It was evident that Angel World Transportation spared no expense in ensuring that their clients experienced the height of luxury.

As we journeyed from one esteemed winery to the next, Randy proved himself to be a consummate professional. His familiarity with the region was unparalleled, and he effortlessly guided us to the best spots, each one more breathtaking than the last. Thanks to his meticulous planning and attention to detail, we never once had to worry about directing him to our next destination.

As the day drew to a close and we reluctantly bid farewell to Napa Valley, I couldn't help but reflect on the unparalleled experience that Angel World Transportation had provided. From their exemplary customer service to their commitment to safety and comfort, they had truly exceeded all expectations. As I looked forward to my next journey with them, I knew that I would forever cherish the memories of this unforgettable adventure through wine country.

One of the worst experience I had with this company.
I reserved a limo for 6 people for a birthday celebration.
The Limo arrived without any gas. And not only that limo was dirty, they had put some duct tape to prevent water leak from the sun roof area. The duct tape appeared to be weathered and was peeling off.
It was raining hard and water leaked like a water fountain. Ladies dresses were wet. No alternatives were provided and no attempt was made to remedy any of the situation.

We had to use red plastic cups to capture leaking water and purchased and used some paper towels from the gas station while Limo was being filled.

What I do not understand,
Why would you send a limo with known leaking problem, you obviously knew it since you put the duct tapes as a remedy.
Also, why send car with empty gas tank and have ladies wait while your car is looking for near by gas stations.
Who serves quality drinks in disposable red plastic cups. What happen to wine and cocktail glasses culture?
Additionally, the driver tried collecting extra gratuity claiming that the cash gratuity is going to the company instead.
I paid 130/hr with an additional 20% gratuity. I also paid for extra 2 hours at 130/hr in the end since we arrived late.
I should've known better when they demanded payment to be made via zelle.

This company is a worse with third class setup. I will never hire this company again for any of my transportation need

I used Angel for my wedding day, and I was very happy with the service. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, and they were clear on what services I was getting. They were also flexible with changes, which was helpful when our plans changed a few times. They were also the most cost effective option that I could find in the Bay!

We had a slight miscommunication with the driver at the end of the night, but Jay and team were so apologetic after the fact and compensated us for the mixup. That is all you can really hope for on such an important day.

Overall, I would highly recommend Angel for your transportation needs. They provided a great service at a reasonable price. I'll be using them again in the future for sure.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of using Angel Worldwide Transportation for a ladies day out in Napa. I'm so pleased with the service that was provided to me and my girlfriends! I'm giving them a solid 5 stars for their exceptional service. Our driver Randy arrived on time, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. What truly made this experience memorable was Randy's dedication to our safety and comfort. He stayed in constant communication with me for the duration of the trip. We were so pleased, we invited him to have lunch with us :) Angel Worldwide was also competitively priced amongst other local transportation companies and their customer service was by far the greatest, which made booking with them seamless. I will definitely be using them again for my next outing!

We wanted to give an update from our recent booking. Unfortunately, we were completely unsatisfied with the transportation. The air conditioner DID NOT WORK. We had 10 people in the hummer limousine, all extremely hot and sweating. The driver tried his best to cool it down, but it was not possible. This is unacceptable in a luxury rental and not at all what we paid for. Also, the stereo equipment would not work without a lot of trial and error. It should be set up so all you need to do is plug in a phone or a device. We spent over a half an hour trying to get the stereo to work correctly. My family is in high tech, so this is not a challenge for them usually, but this time it was. Again, unacceptable! Lastly, I had informed Angel Worldwide I would have a car seat for a toddler. There were no seatbelts accessible. The driver said it does not come with seatbelts. My daughter searched and found a set, digging deep into the disgustingly dirty crevasses and struggled to free them in the 90+ degree vehicle and installed the seat. All of these things took away from our time and our experience.

The vehicle was definitely in need of an overhaul. Besides the air conditioning issue and the electronics problems, the roof was well beyond its life and was peeling. No pride in ownership showing.

This is not a way to run a business and get return customers, let alone good reviews. Someone needs to step up and take care of your vehicles.

An extremely unhappy client.

I do NOT enjoy writing unfavorable reviews for products and services, but I feel if my bad situation can benefit others, it is worth the time and effort.

As we all know, hiring a limo is all about the positive experience, the music, comfort and ride. Unfortunately, with Angel Worldwide Transportation we had none of it. The Hummer limo we rented for my wife' birthday celebration with our adult children had several issues but the two main issues were:

1) No Air-conditioning. At the time the limo arrived the outside temperature was near 100 degrees. When we entered the limo only hot air was blowing around. The driver confirmed the air conditioning had been running for more than 30 minutes but was still not working. With only two open-able windows in the limo, this ride was completely uncomfortable for all.

2) The stereo had no cable to connect our phones with our playlists. Without any instructions from the driver (who did not know) and written documentation, we spend 30 minutes trying to connect by Bluetooth. It was by "hit-or-miss" that we did finally make a Bluetooth connection that was intermittent at best during the whole ride.

Angel Worldwide Transportation did NOT meet our expectation for music, comfort and ride. We do NOT recommend using this service as we will NOT be using them in the future.

If Angel would have responded to our written concerns the Monday after our trip, I would not be writing this review. However they chose to ignore us with no reply 2 weeks later.

I highly recommend Angel. They have been nothing but great help throughout the months, when I was planning my wedding. Jay helped me on the phone/email each time we had to plan out the itinerary. He was very professional.

Finally, the day of wedding, the chauffeur, Roger was wonderful! He was funny, professional, patient, and a great driver. He even told the photographers what sort of photos were great to do with the limo! I tell you, he's been around! We were very lucky to have a wonderful driver like him.
