I must say I was quite impressed with my driver. He was very professional and thoughtful. He mentioned that he just started driving and that I was his first rider. I felt as if he had been doing it for years and I look forward to him being my driver again. Thank you

I've used their ride service several times (Lakeport to Ukiah, to Sacramento airport, etc) and would recommend Angela's Anytime Rides.

I usually called in and booked a few days in advance, and the drivers always showed up at scheduled day and time.

I assume they take credit cards; I usually paid with Apple Pay though.

This company was hired by via a third party via my claims adjuster. The destination was to be Healdsburg Hospital at 6:15 AM, for a scheduled surgery at 7:15 Am. I received a confirmation text at 4:10 AM saying that my transport will be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. I got myself together and grabbed my necessary items and headed outside to wait. 4:40 came with no transport in sight, I didn't want to be too eager so I waited 5 minutes before calling the transport company ( Angelas Anytime Rides ) Voicemail has not been at up, said the recording on the other end of the line!!! I immediately called the hiring company a very apologetic agent answered the call. They also tried reaching out to the transportation company to no avail... They received the same message as I did. ( voicemail not set up) YOU ARE RUNNING A TRANSPORT BUSINESS WTH!!!! Your business rating has 4 stars with some pretty decent reviews ( must be all owner operator reviews ) shame on you!! You have earned ZERO (ZERO) stars from me. If you were unable to comply with the job and or hours that the transportation job required, YOU should not have excepted the job.

We scheduled car service for wine tasting. I have confirmation emails. They never showed up. I call to ask where car is and am told you are not on the books. They proceed to tell me that there drivers are I'll today and no way to help me. I ask why wasn't I contacted and again the co owner says you did not make a reservation. I ask to speak to Angela and am informed she is not there. Horrible customer service!

On time every time. Very polite drivers. Even got to meet the owner, very nice. Thank you for providing all my rides to and from casinos while on vacation. I would highly recommend this as the best car service I have had in Clearlake.

I usually don't leave bad feedback, but if my experience with this company can help just one person, I will have done a good deed for my fellow man. I had a long trip from Clearlake Riveria to my PCP in Lucerne, then to the Lake Pharmacy, and, since Hilltop Adventist Health isn't that far from the pharmacy, I could walk that far, so I released my driver at the pharmacy. I clarified that I was to be picked up from the Hilltop location. I stood outside the building waiting when I finally decided to call them back. They did leave many texts and phoned, but I could not hear the driver...they were at the pharmacy. So they were to dispatch another taxi. I made it clear as to the exact address and where I would be standing. They went to the wrong location. After several doctors and a group of nurses called them, they said they would not send a cab for me. The nurse reported that they would not even inform me that they were not coming. They were very rude to the nurse when she informed them that they were stranding a 63-year-old permanently disabled woman without informing me that no one was coming for me. I was out of my cardiologist at 2:30 PM and found a Clear Lake cab company that picked me up in 20 minutes and took me home for $40 less than Anytimes rides. I had already paid them for the first two legs of my trip $110 and they would charge me another $70 to get me home.

Angela was beyond helpful a few weeks ago when I was needing a late night ride after picking up my son, I still so grateful! And her driver Renee (unsure of the spelling) was amazing, superbly kind employee, was willing to work with me to get me a ride even though I live in Hidden Valley and needed a ride from Clearlake, 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs rides!

A ride from North Lakeport to South Lakeport is $10. A nice car arrived in about 10 minutes of calling. 1 of 6 drivers on payroll showed up. Really happy the service exists because Uber and Lyft don't operate up here and the transit system doesn't operate on weekends during the pandemic. They also offer grocery shopping and delivery straight to your door. For me, it would cost about $15. Super cool.
