      Updated review

Came here to update my experience because I had the Anita's Veggie and thought it was really well made - the sandwich was chock full and stuffed with avocado, cream cheese (I was also asked if I wanted the swiss instead, but went for cream cheese), sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers... yum. Too bad they don't have this as their sandwich and soup combo. :P

Also, IMO, Kirill B.'s review below is a little racist, no? Don't know how to down-vote his "those asian folks" remark.

I come here for lunch every week with my husband on his lunch break. It is so convenient to have many food options in one food court.

Since my husband works in the offices above, I chose this place for lunch. And I am so happy I did!

The food is so fresh and delicious! It is a reasonable price also. There is nothing like this place, the staff are amazing and really give you your money's worth. It is my favorite place to eat for lunch at the minute!

Great for breakfast, egg white toasted english muffin sandwich; much better than an egg mcmuffin from a fast food outlet, freshly baked blueberry scones, overflowing with blueberry juice from being baked.

Blueberry scones are the best I have had. Mostly blueberries, not too sweet. Tastes more like blueberries than a hunk of baked dough dotted with the occasional mini blueberry. Less carb load than any bagel.

Had veggie wrap for lunch, fresh and healthy. Good balance between amount of veggies and wrap.

Tried soups there couple of times - not tasty. They tend to put ingredients that are not prescribed by general recipe.

I love the sandwiches here. They are the best in Vancouver. And the soup is good too. You can choose everything you want on the sandwich so it is a very professional place, and most unusually, they are very generous in stuffing the sandwiches full so it is only a bit of bread and a lot of yummy veggies and whatever ingredients you ordered. And the price is reasonable. It is my favorite lunch place in Vancouver.

The soups and homemade sandwiches are so good! Friendly and fast service. You feel good about eating healthy good food in a mall!

Was next door and asked about their soup selection. I was ignored for five minutes and then the manager yelled me because they weren't ready. I was feeling under the weather and just wanted some warm broth. I proceeded to anita's kitchen and was instantly warmly greeted by two ladies. I asked about soup and the owner, who must be Anita, greeted me and got me some beef soup right away. She was so warm and friendly... let's get to the soup. IT WAS THE BEST SOUP I'VE HAD IN SUCH A LONG TIME. I hit the spot and survived the day because of the warm greeting and amazing soup. I will be a long term customer.

I had a ham sandwich. It was pretty good and it's made exactly to your specifications. I also had the mushroom soup. The soup was lumpy and the mushrooms were chewy.

There was no line so I was able to get back to the office within minutes. The sandwiches at my regular place are bigger and cheaper but this place will do if I'm in a hurry.

I would give this place a negative point if i could. I went here for lunch today and got the chicken salad. For $9 they gave me lettuce, what looked like a table spoon of cheese. 3 thin slices of chicken breast (the kind you use for sandwiches) an egg, and three drops of kraft dressing. I could've gone to tractor and got something better for the same price. DO NOT GO HERE. It sucks.

I regularly have their club house sandwhich for lunch. Excellent execution and fresh veggies.

Their soups were also spectacular. I'm not even sure why anyone would go across the court to the White Spot.
