So far, so GREAT! As a foreign student with no experience buying cars in the US, finding this dealership was exactly what I needed. Though I didn't buy the car I initially wanted, the staff's friendliness and proactive approach convinced me it was the right place. They created a shortlist based on my needs and answered all my questions, offering alternatives that fit my criteria. I felt I could trust them immediately. They even helped me contact an insurance broker, which was a huge relief. I'm very happy with my car and highly recommend their services. Special thanks to Ilya for being such a great dealer!

I recently bought my Honda from this dealership. I have to say from the first text message that I received from Michelle to the test drive to the paperwork to driving my car out of there, the service was absolutely great. Everyone was so nice and professional and the best part was not a single employee was pushy or tried to sell me something I didn't want. It took me about 2 weeks to get my car but that had to do with me having to take care of things on my end before I committed to my new car.

During the two weeks, if I didn't text an update or a status on where I was at, I maybe received 2-3 texts max from Michelle as a way for her to just let me know that she is still interested in selling me the car and to let them know when I was ready.

When I finally committed, Jason and Derrick were both the ones to help me finalize the paperwork and it was so easy. They talked me through everything, all the paperwork, explained things I had questions on, and while we had to wait for approvals and process' to through we just had genuine conversations so I wasn't just waiting there.

Me and my partner were super on edge due to a good amount of bad reviews however there was more good reviews recently on this place and we seen good deals and decided to go talk numbers and see cars , ended up driving out with a brand new honda due to the employee ROY, he was so patients yet so persistent( and not the pushy kind of way) but very nice and genuinely trying to help us, we couldn't have done it without him and his compassion very excited and happy about our purchase / down deposit and monthly payments as well .

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! Having never bought a used truck before I wasn't sure what to expect (previously experiencing being bogged down with hours of "paperwork" with big name brands) but Apex's incredible customer service and expertise made the entire process a breeze! I couldn't be happier with my Toyota and Pauline was incredibly helpful, will definitely be back the next time I'm in the market!

I recently bought a Subaru Impreza in this location. Michelle Blanco gave me good insides on the two cars I was interested on, she seemed pretty knowledgeable and the entire process was smooth and easy. It only took me a few hours to take the car home.
The car was low mileage and only has minor dents almost not noticeable.
I think this location offers pretty good customer experience.

Living with a family of five, we only owned one car. So we all thought it was time to own another car to make things a little easier. Although it may have been a process, finding the right car.
