Michael came to my house on time
And went above and beyond detailing my van.
He removed the oxidized paint and waxed the van
He also treated the black plastic all around.
I will definitely use Apex again.

I work in the automotive industry so this wasn't the first detail of the month but I wanted a premium service $200+ for my car. Little did I know that I was going to get half the service for double the cost. Nothing wrong with the work done and the car looks spotless from just the outside. But that's it. For a top dollar service, the interior was not touched plus the wash is a dry wash with no pressure washer so you can bet all the dirt and grime is still caked into the crevices which I had to call out at the end after I shared those were my areas of focus before the wash. Considering it was a dry wash, my car probably has more swirls now before the wash. Michael tried to rectify the situation after my feedback however things were just so far from the quality vs price that there's nothing that could be done at the end. The services offered and the level of detail should be specified when booking. And if you're not bringing your own water, that should also be called out.

I thought this was a professional business so I reached out to them. Wanted to have my wife's vehicle detailed for her Bday. I asked for full detail and they set me up with an appointment, then they had to rescheduled me as they couldn't grant the appointment. I agreed to it, then they called again to reschedule me and I agreed to that too. Then they had to reschedule me again and said they will give me a call back. It's been a week and a half and haven't heard anything from them. If anyone needs their vehicle detailed for a special occasion, I wouldn't count on Apex.

Very happy with the results. Apex was fast to respond to open request on Yelp for engine detail work. Great communication. Very flexible on scheduling. I had a pretty bad rodent issue that was eliminated. Pictures speak for themselves. Very fair price. Work took about an hour or so. Highly recommend.

I had requested an interior and exterior detail for my car since I try to get one done at least once a year. Michael was one of the best dudes I have had a chance to meet. Michael was on time and did a great Job. I will be using him again on my wife's new car. He actually wanted to co e on a Tuesday afternoon and I was kind of bummed that he couldn't do it in the morning. He called me a day before and said he could get to the house by 8:00. I got home around 11:45 he had just finished. I would recommend Michael and Apex Mobile to anyone who asked.

I just bought a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV on 12/29/23. The paint looked amazing and I wanted to keep it looking like it did brand new. After a lot of research, and YouTube video watching on ceramic coatings, I found Apex (Michael) here on Yelp. I was hesitant to have it ceramic coated in my driveway but Michael assured me it would be fine. I got the 5 yr. ceramic coating with his written guarantee. Communication was great - Michael always got right back to me and answered my million questions. He showed up as promised Feb. 2, 2024. Even though the car was brand new with only 400 miles on it, he did a paint correction before applying the ceramic coating. He spent over 5 hours on my car (exterior only). When he was done I couldn't believe that the car looked even better than it did before. It has been six months since having it ceramic coated and it still looks better than showroom condition.

My neighbors comment on how great my car looks and how shiny it is. Michael even came back a week later and washed my car for free! I expected a 15-minute quick wash, but he spent over an hour on the car. I wash it every 2 weeks as suggested - often with a rinseless wash. Water and dirt just run right off. Six months later and I still can't stop looking at my car. Ceramic coating by an expert like Michael was worth every penny!

I initially reached out to Michael to get a quote on paint correction and a 5 year ceramic coating. He responded within the hour.

Michael arrived early and spent about three hours working on our Subaru Forester Wilderness in our apartment garage. A few weeks prior we went off roading and our vehicle suffered some pinstripe scratches from a few bushes. He was able to do a waterless wash and correct the paint. The scratches are no longer visible. The coating looks great, it's deeper and more reflective. Dressing the tires was a nice and unexpected touch.
