Appelblom Jewelry has a great selection of jewelry and did a great job of resizing my engagement ring.

I came across the shop after eating at a restaurant just a few doors down on a Wednesday afternoon. Ducking into the shop to take a peek, I fell in love with a watermelon tourmaline ring set in an east-west in 14k yellow gold. Atif helped me with checkout and was patiently answered any questions about the materials & sourcing of the tourmaline.

I also returned to the shop a few weeks later to resize my engagement ring. After measuring my fingers and looking at my hand, Zariah and Emma ended up recommending sizing beads for the band instead of sizing down since my knuckles were larger & the beads would keep the ring from turning because of the larger center stone. I got my resized ring back after 8 days and ended up loving the modifications. The sizing beads were comfortable additions and they will also be more forgiving on my fingers with age/life changes.

I bought my fiancée's engagement ring here and I would strongly recommend it for anyone looking.
Emma helped me out, she gave me all the information I needed and basically made this process as easy as it could be. My fiancée went into the store with me so we could see what she liked in terms of cut. Emma walked her thru everything and made it extremely easy to pick out the diamond. They were able to fix my ring for a fraction of the price that I got quoted from another jeweler They were efficient and honest. Definitely recommend them.

The quote for fixing a very delicate gold necklace was $60-80! My daughter took it back to NY and paid $20.

Appelblom goes above and beyond when it comes to getting the ring of your dreams. The shop itself is quite intimate and serene. Great customer service and wide variety selection. Definitely come here if you are interested in antique/vintage styles.

I came to them with a poorly made setting with mismatched sapphires, and walked out with a masterful custom-made engagement ring. Atif and Fiona guided me throughout the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I loved that they tuned into the finer details and listened to what I wanted.

We drew a design from scratch, compiled reference photos, and ordered a number of pear-shaped sapphire pairs in various shades and sizes to try on. From there, we created a couple of wax-molds until I found THE one. They were extremely accommodating to my creative urges and pivots during this stage, and they reassured me that the ring was going to be beautiful.

It took roughly a month to complete, but it was a labor of love worth all the time, effort, and money. The end product is phenomenal - just look at the photos! As you can see, their jeweler is absolutely talented to do this all by hand, and they have from me my biggest compliments! Thanks to Appelblom, my ring has been made into what I always wanted it to be - PERFECTION!

Emma helped my husband and I with all our jewelry needs :) from my engagement ring, our wedding bands, my wedding necklace, and a few surprise gifts we got each other. She is just the sweetest person and the person you'd want to help you find the perfect piece for you or your loved one. We never felt rushed or pressured to purchase. She really just wanted us to be happy with our choices and she can tell when we weren't. She showed us what she had in store, but also was happy to get specific pieces that we requested from her vendors. I would highly recommend working with her if you come here, but honestly everyone working there seemed to have your best interest at heart so you can't go wrong with this jewelry shop. I brought a gold chain necklace for repair. The oval piece that held a cross to the necklace was missing. A very nice young lady who was helping me showed me a few small ovals and I chose one. She indicated it would be "about $50 to $60 to repair. I was fine by that. When I went to pick up the necklace the cost, with tax was $197.00! Far more than what I was quoted. Not

I needed a ring resized and noticed Appelblom while I was dining in San Mateo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I waited a bit since there was someone being helped and saw they have a very nice selection of jewelry. Once it was my turn they quickly took a look at my ring and measured my finger for the new size. Even though they said it would be a couple of weeks, I got a call within a few days that my ring was ready. I was very happy with the new size and it looked so shiny and new. I hardly shop for jewelry, but if you need a place to shop or to service your existing pieces, this is a very trustworthy place to go.

I was looking for someone to re-set an emerald from an old setting my aunt had given me, that didn't suit me. I found this store through some great reviews. They showed me settings that they could order to fit the stone, and we found one that was perfectly my style, in my budget. I just got the ring back, and it glows, sparkles, and shines! It's a perfect fit, too. Gorgeous work, and an heirloom ring I'll wear regularly now!
