Appliance Leaders

Went into appliance leaders looking for last min appliances, Shawn was very helpful with showing me the right washer and dryer set for my home, happy with the service and even more happy with the price I saved way more with going to these guys and will continue to keep coming back they got a lot of verity.

BEFORE YOU SPEND $$$$$ HERE, READ ALL THE REVIEWS. I made the expensive mistake of scanning and seeing the majority of good reviews, then falling for the "lure" of getting high-end appliances for a deal.

We were remodeling our kitchen and bought a speed oven, oven, hood, range top, and dishwasher from Appliance Leaders. What we were TOLD we were getting was NOT what we discovered we got. My husband and I were physically shown most of the items in the warehouse and told "this" is what we would get. Excitedly, we paid in full and arranged for delivery.

It was all downhill from there. When we got home, we looked up the model numbers of the items on our Invoice and discovered that what we saw was NOT what we were getting. To add to it, the appliances weren't even going to match! When we raised this issue, it became a surprise cost to purchase a new face/accessory for the appliance to get it to match. Add to that, delivery, order, and communication issues, and it was just not worth it.

Great concept of a business...just poor execution/management. Buyer beware.

I purchased a warming drawer from Shawn. We have a specific style of the kitchen that we need to match. Shawn was very patient with us. Showed us multiple models from luxury brands. Finally found one that worked.

They carry brands such as kitchen aid, wolf, thermador, Miele etc.

The one I purchased is dacor. It had dents but at area that are not visible after installation. With it being 'last year model' there was no warranty. But so far so good!

We paid 1/2 of what we would have paid if it is brand new :).

Check them out. Maybe you would find what you are looking for also.

Anthony and the installers delivered the appliances that I purchased on time and efficiently. The install was flawless and quick, while I was given a great price for everything I needed in my kitchen!

To any vendor currently working with or planning to work with this dealer: DO NOT. They consistently fail to pay vendors on time and refuse to take calls from the accounts receivable team. They make constant excuses about poor cash flow and personal issues, claiming these prevent them from fulfilling their business obligations. In such a professional industry, it is astonishing to encounter an independent store displaying such unprofessional behavior. Please be cautious. They withhold payments from vendors and portray themselves as victims. Good job, Shawn, as the owner of the company. You have successfully broken your vendors' trust.

If you're looking for an appliance and are in a rush and no big box store will deliver, look no further than Appliance Leaders. This place has all the top brand appliances and will do same day delivery! My stove caught on fire Saturday morning. I needed a replacement asap. I went everywhere - Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, Airport Appliance, but no one will do same day delivery. Not even next day delivery!
I finally found Appliance Leaders in Hayward. Shaun was extremely helpful. Not only did he arrange same day delivery. He even helped me install the new stove. I highly recommend this appliance store.

There's something about a place that has exactly what you want and that treats you like they're really taking care of you. This place gave excellent service, provided advice from experience with other clients in the past and why certain brands and appliances work better than what we were originally looking for. Can't say enough and the prices were reasonable considering the market. Would definitely recommend!!

Outstanding service and inventory. I had a number of units needing full appliance buildouts that my last supplier bailed on me. Appliance Leaders fulfilled my entire order with inventory on hand at excellent prices. Will be going with them for all my future build outs.
