I've crossed their threshold a number of times over the years and every experience has been positive. Never rushed, always willing to locate the correct part(s), and never stingy with sharing their knowledge and experience.
On a fixed income I'm often looking to make any repairs myself... no matter who it is I've interacted with behind their counter they've made this possible time and time again!

Great customer service, prices are cheaper than online and they make sure they get you the right part before selling it to you. I would recommend them.

Being treated with respect here is hit or miss. But mostly, it's lukewarm. I've been in this shop two previous times, 2nd being treated like a customer. Today was merciless. Man behind today's tragic loss of a sale was a bad attitude. I would rather support small business, but you put up a barrier of plexiglass and make your customers speak loudly is not a great business model. Anyway, my parts will be here tomorrow from Amazon.

I had a ge dishwasher that wouldn't start.
Every internet suggestion was to replace the control board, available in about a week on Amazon.
Steve at Appliance Parts Center confirmed they had one in stock. When I went to pick it up, Joe recommended replacing the door latch switch first. He also showed me a door latch video and printed on the receipt the video website for reference when I got home.
Their prices are a few bucks more than Amazon. But the knowledge and advice they provided was invaluable.
Also, the door switch was $100 less than the control board! And it was the correct fix. They saved me time and money...

All of the gentlemen at Appliance Parts Center are professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have come here many times for projects over the past few months and I have always had success with their parts. I am grateful stores like these exist! I called with an error code appearing on my oven. my prior research said it was the control board. Joe said no its the temperature probe. I have been a customer of this place for many years for repairs to my rentals so I trusted what he told me. He said the cost with tax was $188.61 plus $15.00 for shipping. He went on to say this was an original equipment part and there was a cheaper one from GE but this was better. When I got my order it was the GE part I looked up the part with the part number on the package and it was readily available for about $18.00. I paid nearly $200 for an $18.00 part. When i installed the part there was no change to the error code it needed a new control board. Before Joe would send it I had to reply back in email with the exact wording to order it. I can only think this was to help him in court or a challenge from a credit card company. I wont be doing any business with this company again.

This guy did not let me make a mistake. I got the right parts even though I brought the wrong part into the store. I replaced the belt and the dryer is perfect. Now my wife thinks I'm some hero thanks to these guys!

The guys are friendly, helpful, and a great "go to" in a pinch. However, they charge a premium for their stuff, so if your repair can wait, shop for your parts online first. The last part I bought from here I paid $158 for the part whereas the same part was available on Amazon for $58. They don't allow returns for refund, so I had to eat it.

So, being The Customers From Hell, we called at 5:30 to ask if they had a part to repair the broken ice maker in our LG refrigerator. The lucky employee receiving our call was a wonderfully patient and kind man named Joe. Without a care about closing time, he researched the part. They had a part that he was pretty sure was the right one, but he wanted to call LG to confirm it before he sold it to us. He apologized and said LG was closed, so he would have to call first thing the next day. Well, sure enough, it was the right part and long story short, we have ice again - yay! Joe was so pleasant and helpful. You could tell by the atmosphere in the store that they are a happy crew. Thanks Joe!
