Appliance Reliance

I was kind of nervous about buying a used appliance but so happy I did! I love my stackable washer/dryer and the customer service was amazing. They brought out, set up, and even took a video on how to use it. I would definitely say a great experience! Thank you!!

Recently I got an LG fridge from Justin & company (Appliance Reliance) from an ad I saw on Craigslist. 

I am marking 5 stars because Justin was very clear and honest with few minor issues with the fridge. He did not had to do that. I like to work with people who are upfront and honest. Justin also helped me with fixes.

Also within reason Justin working with his wife on phone gave me good price.
LG fridge I got is working great and all went well. Great experience.

I am a Brentwood resident and pick up in Oakley was not far.

Please do not buy a refurbished washer and dryer from this company. It was the worst customer service I've ever had. I had questions for the receptionist coordinating the delivery and when I would call, she would only text me back and last minute told me they would only take cash when delivering my washer and dryer, then my husband had to help take it up our stairs.

I don't expect a refurbished washer and dryer to look perfect or to be shiny but this dryer had rust on it and we were not told about this huge eye sore! A refurbished project should not only fix the interior features, and after speaking with the owner Jacey she agreed that they would have someone come to sand the rust out. Well of course that appointment was a no call/ no show. If the owner can't even honor an appointment, I understand why I had horrible customer service from an employee. For that reason I will just take the lost and work on this rust project myself but PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION

We had a G.E. washer that needed repair. Justin was sent over to look at it and he was meticulous about the machine's possible problems.....he was patient and really took time to consider other things that might have broken the washer to make sure it going to be fixed just right.

It was nice to have worked with them....their office phone number was also easy to connect to and talk with them.

Awesome service. Very responsive via text. Kind, courteous and respectful technicians. My big puppy was all excited to get some attention.

Just a short review, I'd like to give a thumbs up to appliance reliance, quality service in a very timely manner. The technician is very informational about the equipment operation and went out of his way to remove the old and install the new washer and dryer set. from the time of purchase to the time of installation was about 2 1/2 hours a done deal, very nice. I'm going to rate them a 4 out of 5 because only God is perfect

I reached out through yelp and did receive a response at first. Then they said they would get back to me on Saturday to let me know their availability, but then I never heard back. So unprofessional and terrible customer service. Honestly, I would've been totally fine if they at least were honest and said we'll get back to you on Monday, we're booked this weekend. To not respond back after I sent a follow up text, is really bad customer service. Well thankfully I found another reputable company that wants our business.

I requested a quote. Got a response within 15 minutes. Was very responsive and got scheduled for next day service. Technician was masked and took off shoes before entering the home, which was very appreciated! I'm very pleased with the service, promptness and responsiveness. I would highly recommend!

Full disclosure, I haven't yet used their services but sent requests out to many vendors today and this place was all over it, highly responsible and helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future when needed.

I reached out to them late last night and they responded right away. I don't write reviews unless it's something positive and it's local, so other people will use them. They were so prompt, friendly and I am very satisfied with their service all around!
