I was very impressed with the organization of the appliance part, Steve delivered and set up my washer/dryer set on 7/12/20, he was quick and efficient we had a challenge with the dryer and they came out the next day and fixed it.
I will definitely go there again for other items, they're great.

we've used the appliance warehouse for years, from washers and dryers to dishwashers. recently my mother had a bad fall and needed surgery. i decided to do some repairs around her house while she was healing. Her kitchen needs all new appliances, but i focused on the stove first. her oven has been broken for years and her stove top was going out.

we went and were immediately greeted. we looked around but didn't see many gas stoves. luckily i was shown to another room off the main showroom and found the perfect gas stove, at a price less than i expected to pay.

they offer free delivery and take away of the old appliance, and for ten dollars they'll install the gas appliance for you. When installing our new stove, the employee realized that the valve he needed was completely stuck from age on the old stove. he was unable to install it and asked if he could return tomorrow with the part. it was no big deal, it had been broken for years what was one more day? however i received a phone call an hour later from the employee saying he was on his way to finish.

he was fast, efficient and polite. the stove works great and my moms very excited to be able to bake and cook again. we'll be returning soon for a new stove fan and light, a refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Our Kenmore Elite (1999/2000ish) dryer finally gave out on us so it was time for us to purchase a newer model. Our repairman suggested that we stay with the same brand and he specifically recommended that we check out Appliance Warehouse.

This place has a huge selection of both newer and older appliances. We purchased our dryer on a Sunday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. We're satisfied with our purchase and plan to purchase from them again in the future.

I was days from having my appliance stop functioning properly.They had many to choose from. It was delivered in a professional manner.I am a satisfied customer. Charlotte was knowledgeable and walked me through the business end of things and made it fast to find what I needed. I recommend this place for my future needs.

Bought a refrigerator and it was a quick and seamless process. They also have a wide selection of inventory. Would recommend to others who are also interested in a great value second hand appliance.

Recently purchased a dryer from the appliance warehouse. Dawn was very knowledgeable, and got me exactly what I needed for the price that fits my budget. Delivery for $45 with appliance installation and broken appliance haul away was an additional value that I really appreciated. I do wish that they would house the warrantees online somewhere, but I put my receipt in with my important documents just in case! If you are looking for a great value, or if you are even trying to decrease your carbon footprint, this is a great way to go. When you give new life and a new home to an old used appliance, you're not only saving money, but you are also helping to increase the longevity of our planet and environment. After my washer quit on me and had a bad experience with another company who attempted to come fix it I decided was time to purchase another one. Luckily after a quick google search and phone call, where Scott was very helpful and answered all my questions, I decided to try this place.
We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and were assisted right away, by Scott again, and decided on a used Kenmore washer for $315. We are in the middle of hooking it up so fingers crossed! I have high hopes this one will last a while and if not these guys offer a 90 day warranty.

Their selection is more than I was expecting. They have a price range for everyone and offer quality items. The staff was friendly and helpful and they deliver to areas in Elk Grove! They also removed our old units! We were pleased with the delivery and the installation, the tech was very friendly and the whole process was quick and seamless. Check these guys out!

The overall experience of 5/28/2024 was great. Found a refurbished replacement
washer for a great price. We got delivery & installation the same day! The delivery person/installer Steve was super nice & made sure we were all set.

How did I not know this place existed?! Great find for anyone trying to save money! Selection is huge! I bought a side by side refrigerator and it was delivered the next day! Bought a washer and dryer the following week and it was delivered in two days! All the employees were friendly and helpful. Steve, the delivery guy, was too! Definitely worth the money!

I went to appliance warehouse 3/22 on the hunt for a French door refrigerator and a washer/dryer set. Nikki was great at helping me find a French door that would fit in my small space (and she let me borrow her tape measure and run around the store with it). I got a great deal on a non-agitator washer and a matching dryer as well. They're able to deliver within two days, and they offer a 60-90 day warranty. They're laid back and friendly, helpful and considerate, and they have two warehouse cats that are just the cutest!
