Referred by Fidelity Home Warranty, Christine took my call, made an appointment with Damion and answered all my questions.

Regular appointment reminders started by text and email keeping it on everyone's front burner.

Damion called with 10-minute notice of his arrival.

He assessed problem, advised of repair procedure then ordered part by cell from our kitchen !!!

As promised, notified when part arrived (next day !!!) and subsequent appointment was made. Text and email reminders started, wonderful communication with this company.

Appointment day, Damion arrived with part and made the repair. He confirmed all was done correctly and answered questions.

I was referred to Appliance Worx by a close friend when my Viking Built-In Refrigerator started leaking water. From the moment I called, I was greeted by a wonderfully polite and helpful woman who promptly scheduled an appointment for me. Remarkably, they were able to accommodate me quickly.

The day before the scheduled appointment, I received a reassuring email confirming the time. The next morning, I got a call informing me that the technician, Damion, was en route. True to their word, he arrived promptly and got straight to work.

Damion's demeanor was impeccable - he was friendly, courteous, and exuded professionalism. It was evident that he possessed a deep understanding of his craft as he swiftly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also left the area spotless.

They came to fix my microwave. They supposedly fixed it - it stopped running after just a month and two days.
Another technician came who could not fix it. They are supposed to send the information to my home warranty that day. For more than a week, everyday I call they just makes some excuse. Home warranty still have no information from them.

Polite and helpful scheduler. We agreed on a date. Day before scheduled date they called to give me a 2 hour window. Called during that window to tell me repair person on his way. Damion was very polite, professional and efficient. Did work quickly with good results. They responded quickly and professionally. He diagnosed the problem right away.

Appliance Worx was dispatched to my home via my home warranty company. I filed a claim because one of my burners wasn't working, but most importantly, my oven reeked of gas whenever in use. I've lived in a lot of homes and never had that issue. It was a huge concern for me. They came by, took a quick look, and decided all that needed to be done was to replace the knobs. Really...? I could do that myself, and for cheaper than my service fee. They did not care to fix my real issue. To this day, my oven STILL reeks the smell of gas whenever it is on. They wanted to be in and out, and that's what they did. This is and was a safety concern, but that didn't matter to them. They did NOT fix my issue. Read their other reviews, this is not the first time they came and did not fix the a customer's issue. Shameful.

We needed our oven temp sensor repaired. The technician went over and above to fix the problem despite having to work in a small space and deal with short wires.

The technician was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I would gladly have this company come again.

He was efficient at what the problem was and was able to do the best, right, and affordable solution which immediately built trust for the next time we would need their services.
